"ugh. Too plain and boring"
Apiya said to her self obviouisly bored of the many weeks she stayed for her rehabilitation.
Her mother came inside smiling
"good news Api in a few days you'd be discharged!" she said closing the door
"well thats great im sick- i mean im happy to be with you at home" and after that she went for another rehab.
A few days of rehab has passed. She was determined to finish the few short days. She missed so much.
Her two bestfrienda Valeen and aliah. Her room. Her unfinished novels. There was alot to do but theres also something she does not want to return to.
School
Yes. School. Apiya is only 16. Shes a typical teenager who does not wish to stay at school.
The mere thought of it ruins the excitement she has for going back. But it didnt stop her.
A few more days of rehab and she was ready to leave. Her mother fixed her stuff and Apiya fixed the bed she used.
They said thank you and good bye to the nurses and the doctor who helped them. They called taxi because her mom forgot the things she needed like her keys and phone. other than her wallet and Apiyas clothes she left them all in the house.
For a momeng both of them chatted for a while.
"while you were sleeping. You always flinched. So i was curious what were you dreaming about." her mother started
" I dont know. I think i did but.. I cant seem to remember." Apiya was checking her instagram feed by this time.
"oh well. Dreams arent that visual anyway" her mother said disappointed
A few of thirthy minutes the reached their destination. It was a small peaceful townhouse. Everyone knew each other. They were all happy that Apiya was all well and back but sadly her friends was not there to welcome her.
She was tired from all the trip and greet and went inside their house and inside her room after greeting her neighbours.
"quiet tiring dont you think?" she thought quite laughingly
But a memory flashed in her mind. It pained her. It stung right to the cented
"its quite funny dont you think" but it wasnt her who said it. It was a boy. It was hard to tell since it was a blur. But by this time she was tired. She wanted to rest. She shrugged it off
"maybe next time." she said slowly falling to sleep.
