The next day I stand in the kitchen downing glass after glass of water. I lean on the counter and rub my temples as I question how I even have a hangover. If I get cut... stabbed, burnt, anything else and my body heals pretty quick.
I drink a third of a bottle of vodka, and I feel like I'm on my death bed... "What's wrong with you?" Chip asks walking into the kitchen. I continue rubbing my temples and say "I'm dying..." Chip snorts and says "Can you make me steak before you die?"
I slowly stand and turn to glare at him but he just returns the look with a cheeky grin. "You came to ask Alec to cook you steak but you came to find me when you realized he wasn't here..." I say with a dry look. Chip's smile grows as he says "I'm really hungry..."
