I lift my arms a bit in his direction as he begins to carefully clean them but even I can see them healing quickly. "Where did you go?" Alec asks in a gentle voice. I slowly shake my head as I frown and say "I have no idea... I thought it was a dream but then..." I look down at my healing arms with confusion.
Alec's frown continues to grow as he looks at me "What do you remember?" I try to remember anything that happened before the creepy forest but nothing comes to mind so I tell him everything I do remember. He's quiet for a while before saying "Can you go back?"
I think about it for a few seconds but I quickly realize that I can't. I shake my head no and bite my lip. Alec gives me a reassuring smile and kisses me on the forehead as he gets up. "Your fever is gone... Would you like anything?"
