After getting dressed I go to the kitchen and get something to eat. I look at the time and tap my fingers on the counter. My black nails make a rhythmic tapping sound as I wait in the quiet house. Alec wouldn't let me go back or call Chip to me... I wanted to argue but he said he wanted to speak with Chip.
I immediately became protective but he told me he just wanted to apologize for the look he gave him earlier so I decided to let him go. I grow irritated but when the door opens, I turn to see Alec walk in with a pitiful looking Chip.
He was still covered in the goo... His ears were down and his tail was tucked as he quietly walks in. I frown at him and look to Alec in question. Alec shakes his head and says "I told him it wasn't his fault."
