While Tadashi allows his father to run Mamoru as acting CEO he was still very much involved with every business deal and every big decision. To Tadashi, it was important that he personally delegated orders to his father to ensure every order he gives gets followed down to the letter. There was not one part of the company that Tadashi didn't know inside and out. After all, Mamoru was Tadashi's golden ticket to make Zhi Ruo's father approve of him.
Every step CEO Tengfei Gao made was actually Tadashi's. If one step was altered in any way Tengfei was harshly reprimanded. This was business, if Tengfei couldn't handle it, Tadashi would find someone that could. "You can not enjoy my benefits if you do not take my orders."
This sentence is what had held Tengfei back for years. He couldn't help resist from wiggling his way out from under his son's oppressive thumb. He wanted full control of the company. He wanted all of the money his son was collecting while he himself was paid off like a mere CFO (Chief financial officer).
Tengfei quickly agreed to Lu Dong's suggestion to destroy Tadashi and his female companion. With the go-ahead from his master, the good little doggy ran off to do his masters bidding.

Tadashi was scrolling through important emails for the company when an alert came through. Looking a Zhi Ruo sound asleep in the hospital bed, Tadashi mindlessly scrolled through the alert.
Not good. The news was about him and Zhi Ruo. Tadashi quickly read the whole article and by the end of it his teeth were clenched and an irate expression spread in his once handsome face.
Tadashi didn't care about his own reputation but to completely humiliate Zhi like this was unacceptable. Tadashi called Howin. "I need you,"
"I told you I was just getting some food for Zhi, I'm already here. Hurry come open the door!"
Tadashi ran to open the door at met a full armed Howin. She must have cleaned out an entire vending machine. Tadashi scrunched his eyebrows together. "This is a VIP suit they deliver food. The nurse has already brought Zhi a hot lunch." Tadashi looked at the helpless Howin. "I thought getting food was just an excuse to get out of answering Zhi," Tadashi ranted.
"It was boss but then I couldn't come back empty handed could I? And then I didn't know what Zhi liked so I got one of everything." Howin gracefully put the food trays down and threw herself lazily in a seat. "So how did she take it?"
Tadashi gave her a sour look. "Howin I need your help it's important."
