As she opened the box, she felt goosebumps on her body for a minute but she relaxed her nerves taking long breaths as she took a closer look at the box only to find an envelope inside the box which was designed in a pattern of a cellar with a small girl doll at the corner and a man figure lying infront of her with his face and body covered in blood
The whole design in the room made in a 3D pattern just in a way it resembled the incident at her young age the person who sent it clearly giving her a warning and also a reminder of her nightmares
"I heard that you forgot about the incident at a young age and are leading a happy life so just thought of it to remind you of your deadly nightmare. Hope you like my present my dear.
Leave the Johal mansion in two days or else you will face the severe consequences for your actions" this is what she read from the letter but gave a cold smile thinking about the fool who sent it to her
Aadvika took her mobile from the side table to call someone but saw two voice messages from an unknown number after hesitating for a while she opened the messages to listen to what the other party as to say
"Congratulations for your engagement my dear future queen, I hope you like the presents I sent you, sorry it was delivered even before your engagement but it's alright as long as you like them, I heard that your brother is recovering very well without any worries how can that be it made me felt like I am little lenient when I heard that but I felt happy hearing that you have received my present as well"
"I am happy that you are liking my gifts so much that I want to prepare few more gifts to you but the question is for whom, should I send a gift to your future family, your current family or to your friends oh, oh I completely forgot about your military father, poor Aadvika why did you have so many people who care for you it is making me confused but be ready to receive my gift soon"
The two voicemails had the voice manipulated into a robotic voice and Aadvika felt that even the number cannot be traced if he was that confident enough to send her the voicemail but after contemplating for a while, she decided to call her Ace
"I have received a parcel today and two voicemails, make a thorough search and try to find the sources of the both and see if there is any connection to the both of them" Aadvika told the other person even before he can respond
"Is there any doubt that they both are from the same person if so then it will make my work even easier" She heard the other person respond through the phone
"No, they are not sent by the same person our enemy is not a fool to leave any traces by sending a parcel to get to him when he is trying so hard to hide his identity for so long, just find the person who send the parcel and try to find the source of voicemails"
"Okay will inform you the movement I find something" he told her and hung up the call
'Only you had the guts to hung up on me, my Ace' Aadvika thought to herself
When she said Ace, she meant it the person is the white hacker pretending to be the black hacker and became a most wanted criminal in the country but only few trusted people know that he is actually working under military while hiding his identity to the extent that even Aadvika herself don't know his real name but she knew that he is trustworthy
"Has she fallen asleep" Aadvika asked the person who is coming towards her with a tray of food
"Yeah, she is sleeping soundly in your room" Vihaan told her and brought the tray towards her as he sat beside her on the sofa while placing the food on the table adjacent to her
"You didn't eat anything so have some food first, you can do your work after finishing your work" Vihaan told her as he took some soup and handed it to her
"I heard from uncle John that you asked him to make some juice for you, so I asked him to make some soup which will keep you warm and it is also healthy" he told her as he gave the soup to her which she took from him with a small gesture of smile
"Thank you" she told him as she took the bowl from him and started to stir the soup to make it little cool as she again lost in her own thoughts
"What are you thinking so deeply?" Vihaan asked her after seeing her not having it but just kept steering it
"Nothing much, don't you have any work to do" she asked him again coming out of her trance
"I do have some work but it is not that important, I can complete it later" he told her as he looked at her with concern as she is behaving little weird
"Am I looking weird to you" Aadvika asked him as if she understood his thoughts
"Did something happened in the hospital?" he questioned her instead of answering her in return
"No, nothing happened at the hospital but I just received this parcel from some unknown source that it is making me little disturbed" Aadvika decided to tell him about the parcel as she felt that it is related to him but not with her enemy
"Can I see the parcel if you don't mind" he asked her as if he understood the situation
Aadvika gave the parcel along with the letter to him without saying a word while she placed the untouched soup in the tray
Meanwhile Vihaan opened the box which is unpacked and didn't said anything in response as he looked at the gift and letter send by their enemy after clenching and unclenching his fists for a minute to not explode in front of her, he just threw the box with so much pressure that the box was nowhere to be seen near him
Aadvika understood that he is about explode didn't said a word but laid down in a comfortable lying position while she placed her head in his lap as she spoke "I don't think I can sleep peacefully tonight can you accompany me till morning"
The cold and angry face melted in a second the movement she laid down and he didn't say anything to her in response but just kept running his fingers in her hair while the both fell in their own thoughts
Aadvika felt sleep consuming her as his fingers kept running in her hair as she closed her eyes and fell deep into her sleep while Vihaan just kept looking at the beautiful girl now sleeping peacefully as he gently rubbed his thumb on her cheeks while remembering the first time he saw her five years ago
