Anupama who is so close to her started to feel that something is abnormal with her vitals looked towards Aadvika who had sweat on her forehead struggling to come out of her nightmares shouted for doctor startling everyone in the room
"What happened?" Harsh asked her rushing towards her looking at Anupama who is already patting Aadvika's cheeks and consoling her that it is just a nightmare and to come out of her dreams
"She is going to have a panic attack we need to call the doctor immediately; her vitals are dropping and also her body temperature" Anupama told them as she continued to tap her cheeks to bring her out of her nightmares and to make her realise that it is just a dream
"Call the doctor immediately" she shouted at them as nothing is working and the situation is getting out of their hands with every passing minute
Soon doctors came inside and told everyone to wait outside before they started to look at her condition and after seeing that her heart rate has started to drop with every second, he started doing CPR while instructing the charge nurse to prepare defibrillator as the condition is getting very severe than before

"What happened?" Vihaan came towards them as everyone stood outside with panic and tension written all over their faces
"She had a panic attack again just few minutes before" Aarav told him as no one dared to even utter a single word looking at his face
"What? And no one even thought to inform me?" Vihaan shouted at them as he tried to go inside but was stopped by Aarav who hold him by his shoulder
"Don't go inside now or else you will disturb the treatment and it will risk her life even more" Aarav told him to which Vihaan stopped in his tracks but stood infront of the room looking inside through the glass door as doctors did their duties inside
"Why no one informed me about this I already told you that she had a panic attack yesterday and the situation turned too serious after the attack" Vihaan asked them turning towards them as no one dared to speak looking at his expression
"It happened so suddenly that it skipped our minds to inform you and we might have called you once doctors came outside but by then you already arrived here" Harsh told him after understanding the concern and fear which he was in now
After that no one spoke as they waited for the doctors to come out and as expected after few minutes, they came out with a grave look on their faces as they conveyed the condition of the patient
"She is fine they informed to us in time so nothing serious happened this time but she needs someone to tell her all good things till she recovers or gains consciousness so that something like this will not happen again" he suggested them after thinking for a minute
"But doctor how will she react to it as she is still unconscious and no matter what we told her before became a dead end" Anupama told him as she herself tried to calm Aadvika the movement she realised that something was wrong
"Human's brain and its nervous system is something even a doctor had not completely decoded and anything is possible and we need to try all methods to keep her safe so we will give it a try if it works then there will be no attack in the future and if it fails then we will look for alternatives" he told them to which all of them nodded as there are so many things which are out of scientific world so all they need now is a miracle
"And please don't make the room crowded by staying inside, one or two of you can stay with her while others can wait outside it is not good for patient health if so many people stay inside the room" he told them and left from there after which Vihaan entered inside the room
He went near to her and sat behind the empty space on her bed as he held her hand in his hands rubbing them gently as he spoke "I am sorry I shouldn't have left you in the first place but everything is fine now I will never leave your side till you wake up I promise you"
He sat like that watching her gently rubbing her cheeks with his thumb and while he held her hand with other hand looking at her and spoke about all the happy events in his life from his childhood and the happy future which they will have once she wakes up
Just like that it has been three days since Aadvika was unconscious and her wounds on her foot also started to heal while she was still not showing any signs of waking up
Meanwhile on the other hand Dakshith already woke up the very day Aadvika had second panic attack and while everyone tried to convince him that Aadvika is busy with her competitions and didn't knew about his condition he got to know about her being ill and unconscious while looking at the university forum and visited her room quite a number of times in between through the help of nurse and wheelchair
Vihaan never left her side after the second attack and no one dared to convince him this time as they were sure that he will never leave her side until she wakes up, Anupama and Emily came in the morning to be by her side while they went back to the hostel at night as there is nothing they can do staying in the hospital for whole time
And in these three days they both also had there doubts after seeing Vihaan and the other three boys showing so much concern for an unknown girl and their doubts became stronger after seeing the frequent visits of Dakshith and Ronin who were showing so much concern towards her as if she was their own kin
