"it's been just 3 days since we met not even a week how can you expect me to say all the things to you at a time but I promise I will try to tell you everything possible in the future" 'after all, you might become someone close to me' Aadvika told to herself as she closed her laptop and looked at the two of them saying
"how about we visit art gallery after they place my painting there" Aadvika told them making Emily jump with excitement
The very next day as mentioned in the forum the canvases of all three prizes are placed in the gallery which also made the people seeing their mouth shut as they couldn't pinpoint why these paintings have received the top three places in the competition
"wow Aadvika your painting is marvellous as they said it fits exactly to the theme" Emily told her so loudly with excitement that it caught the attention of others within the room making them look at Aadvika and gossip among themselves pointing their fingers at her just then an old man in his forties also the administrator of the painting competition came towards her looking at her with admiration and hint of respect
"it's pleasure to meet you again here didn't expect you to come here" the old man stretched his hand to shake his hands with her as he looked at her without blinking his eyes making Aadvika nervous as others also looking at them with shock
"the pleasure is all mine sir" Aadvika shook her hand for minute before retreating it
"if you don't mind can I ask you what made you draw this painting" he pointed his finger at the painting which shows a Phoenix in the frozen state and there is this beam of blue light from one side giving the people illusion that someone was using their power to freeze the Phoenix which was about to transform into a new born from its own ashes as they is fire and some ashes at the edge of its tail on the other side there is golden beam of light giving the illusion that someone was using his power to save the Phoenix from it's frozen state because of the fire and ashes left at its tail.
But the most interesting part of the whole picture is that it is drawn in 3D angle so that the Phoenix which is shown on the canvas is very lifelike and the people looking at it can see its pain, suffering, hopeless and loneliness at the same time it is also giving the people a little hope that the Phoenix is going to be saved by the golden beam and it can finally burn on its own and rise from the ashes and lead its life with a new start.
It beautifully portrayed the life of people who are going through the tough times but also with a hint of hope that this phase will also be gone and they can find their happiness in their lives while also giving the illusion that the happiness will not last long that there will be sufferings after they have enough enjoyment in their life and as it also fitted the theme of 'Ice and Fire' there is no wonder that it received first prize in the competition
"this is what that got into my mind when I heard the theme of the competition and I just felt like it will be a moral support and lesson to all the people who look at it" Aadvika told him and after seeing his confused face she thought to expand it a little
"there is saying that 'beauty is in the eyes of the beholder' for those who are enjoying their lives it will tell them that there will also be a drawback in their lives so that they can be careful in the future and not get immersed in their happiness while it also gives hope to the people who are suffering telling them that they will also find their happiness once all these sufferings are faded"
"bravo, really brilliant, nice thought and well executed, but I want to know which side of the painting are you thinking while drawing it are you freezing it so that it will not see new leaf in its life or are you giving it a chance so that it can reincarnate from its own ashes" he is really curious to know the painter's thoughts to organize his own thoughts when he looks at the painting in the future as it is very confusing for him as a painter himself
"I was thinking about all the grief, pain, loneliness and sufferings when I draw the painting but also the hope that one day, I will be relieved from all these sufferings and uncertainty as there will be an end to all of these be it happiness or sadness" Aadvika told him as she was too engrossed looking at the painting infront of her as it reminded her all the sad memories in her life and the sufferings which she needs to endure before it all ends
"after careful consideration we planned to fix your painting in those walls in this gallery where it will be there for eternal and inspire the future generation and be as a reminder to them that nothing is permanent in this world" he told her shocking everyone in the room making them to gasp as it means that she made a name for herself which will be a history which can be told for generations after generations and keeping the painting on the eternal wall as it is called means an honor to the painter
"it is my greatest honor to receive your recognition" Aadvika bowed to him as she looked at her painting one last time before turning to leave but was stopped by the same man as he had something else to discuss
"the painting will be framed and placed on the wall so that it will not be spoiled when touched by others and as the painter who draw the painting would like to leave your signature on the painting before we frame it"
