"Dude,I was busy in auditions...And guess what..?"a voice of a boy came from other side.
"What? ...Don't transfer it in suspense account.How was your audition? Tell me quickly.I would die of curiosity."Aarohi forced the other to answer.
"Fine..Fine...So, when I entered audition room,I was a bit nervous but...I did my best..and!"
"and.. and what?"
"and they selected me." he screamed so loud that even Aarohi had to move her phone away from her ears.
"Hold on,let me tell Mom."
Aarohi went to staircase and cried toward kitchen loudly,"Mom,he got selected for his auditions."
As Aarohi's voice reached her mother's year,she jumped in joy and instructed Aarohi loudly from kitchen,"hey girl,tell him to visit here as soon as possible."
"Mom is asking when are you visiting your old forgotten city."
"Actually there are a lot of formalities here to complete,and also I have contract signing ceremony for my debut show.Also there will be some meetings with director,producers and my co stars...I have heard one of my co star is very gorgeous...I can try hit on her."the boy got overjoyed
"Of course,until u are not her 50th or 60th playing toy....You know very well these actresses now-a-days."
"Well,I will ask director if I can make two days for visiting 'my old forgotten city' "the boy tried to change the topic because he knew very well once Aarohi would start criticizing about entertainment industry,it would be difficult to stop her.
"Okay,I am hanging up now.Don't try to get off easily...you will have to treat me till you don't see your wallet empty."

Aarohi hung up the phone and went to kitchen.
She could smell alluring fragrance of Bati immersed in Pure Indian Ghee which was tempting her to immediately attack on them.But of course she had to wait until her mom prepares Dal(soup prepared from pulses).Right now Mrs. Jain was preparing green Chatni which filled the kitchen with aroma of mint and coriander.And of course she would like to eat all of them together just like how you need eleven players in your cricket team even if each is a legend of its part(batting,bowling,wicket keeping and fielding).
"Mom,what are you making for dessert?"
"I scream..."Mrs. Jain said excitedly.Aarohi understood what she meant so she continued saying,"you scream.."Aarohi screamed continuing her mom's tone.
"We scream....Ice cream."they both screamed in chorus.
The pair laughed so hard that they started having stomach ache.
In the middle of joyous and food tempting environment,a man came and stood behind them.
"Looks like two of my women are having fun"the man said as he smelt the alluring mint and coriander and continued,"oh god!Dal Bati..Mrs.Jain is giving her husband surprises today." He was about to touch the Batis kept in pot when Mrs. Jain said,"Its not for you.Sid have got selected in his audition so I thought to celebrate."
"Really,that's such a great news."Mr. Jain got excited as he heard that name'Sid'.
Sid always wanted to become an actor and now that his dream is so close,of course his family and friends would be happy but for Mr. Jain Sid was also a responsibility so watching him climbing higher on ladder of success was a relieving balm to his heart.
"My boy is definitely gonna shine in the world"said Mrs. Jain proudly.
When Aarohi heard the word 'my boy' she got irritated because she could not bear to share her mother to anyone even if its her bestie.
She never even allowed Mrs Jain to carry babies of neighbour, let alone calling her bestie 'my boy' .Aarohi wanted to monopolize her mother just like how a firm cover market share in monopoly.
"Mom,never again call him your boy.Am I not enough to you."
"oh god! this girl! I understand for babies but how can get jealous over Sid?"
"Just don't.Thats my final verdict."Aarohi turned around and went to her room.

"Mom,I called Aarohi and informed her about my selection."Sid said as he walked towards dining table and sat beside his brother.
