Armel stares at Marguerite with an odd gaze. She's obviously not sleeping, so why is she pretending to be asleep? Armel is a bit confused but decides to simply lay down with her and play along for now. Curious to see what she has in store for him.
Armel turns in the bedsheets to look at her tightly shut eyes. He smiles amused and does his best not to chuckle, before turning around and pretending to fall asleep.
Marguerite doesn't immediately open her eyes. Instead, she waits for a while in case he isn't fully deep in the somnolence.
When a few minutes have passed and Armel still hasn't stirred, she pops open one eye, then the other. Carefully, she sits up slightly from her position and turns to look at Armel's sleeping back.
