Chapter 120 - Flashback-Magical World (Part 5)

Aarvin led us through the tunnel which went further up via a wide staircase and very soon we reached a flat hall with glass windows as well as a glass roof. The entire windows and roof of glass seemed to be in the form of a dome. In front of us and around us were a number of machines. We did not know what the function of these machines was. But these machines seemed important.

Aarvin then called someone and soon a young man by the name of Inder joined us in order to guide us through the hall and explain to us what all the machines did. He explained that he would be showing us the machinery in the control room of the Magical World. He also told us not to touch anything even accidentally as it can cause a major catastrophe on the satellite.

All the machines were arranged slightly away from the windows so that they could be visible from the bridge of the spaceships. It transpired that the aliens did not come here in their mother ships as those were too big. The mother ship remains in space and only their tiny sister ships or modules come to land here to get fuel, supplies and exchange information.

One machine controlled the opening and closing of the aperture. The computer screen depicted the entire picture on the screen. With the naked eye, it was visible as a tiny dot.

Adjacent to it was a machine that controlled the artificial stars and the artificial moon in the night sky. Next to this was the machine that controlled the sun and the clouds in the day sky.

Inder then took us to the opposite side and showed us the machine that controlled the satellite. Another one controlled gravity without which everyone would be floating. Other machines controlled the supply of oxygen and carbon dioxide required for breathing by men and animals as well as plants at night. He also informed that they were maintaining just enough oxygen and Carbon dioxide to sustain life forms. He introduced us to another machine that controlled the water on the satellite which was need to drink and which the fish needed to swim and survive. Animals also need to drink water.

He further explained that a system had been evolved whereby one needed permission to use anything on this satellite. This had been managed by implanting chips in all the things seen here. Even plants and the stream possess them. This was done by their great ancestors to inculcate a sense of responsibility and care for the environment.

We were informed that if anyone asked the plant or tree or animal or even a bird about their name etc, they would gain full knowledge about the species, genera kingdom, etc. We were very happy about this information and would want to try it out when we got back to the dorms and the adjacent area where there were many trees and plants. We wanted to know more about the management of the soil and the plants and animals?

Inder explained that here, they had a system that controls the soil and its content including the nitrogen-fixing bacteria and earthworms ants, etc. and as regards the soil and plants animals etc, they all had originally come from Earth. Everything here is organic in such that they even used organic fertilizers and have never used chemicals.

The system just sustained their population and ensure all develop at the required rate. They did not overdevelop or overpopulate. All this has been monitored through a few machines here and the next dome.

Aarvin had explained to them that there were 3 control rooms under 3 dome-like areas. This dome, that they were standing in, was meant mainly for controlling of the entry and exit of the spaceship, their landing, guidance, opening of aperture, day and night skies etc.

The second dome controlled other functions of the Magical World and many of the functions from this dome would be shifted there shortly along with the machines. This dome was getting too crowded and they wanted to use this dome only for spaceship activities.

So, that meant that the machinery in List A would remain:-

1. The machine that controlled the opening and closing of the aperture that could be seen from the ground as a tiny dot or a star-shaped opening.

2. The machine that controlled the night and day skies. The artificial stars and the artificial moon in the night sky.

3. The machine that controls the sun and the clouds in the day sky.

4. The machine that guided the spaceship through the aperture to the landing site for the spaceships by a system as available with pilots of the flights on Earth, and the way they are guided by the tower at the airport.

5. The machine that had a communication system which helped in catching the frequency being used by the alien ships and communicated with them. No matter what the language was, it got translated to the language of the Magical World.

The machinery in List B, placed on the opposite side, would be shifted:-

1. The machine that controlled gravity. Without gravity, we would all be floating.

2. The machines which controlled the supply of oxygen and carbon dioxide required for breathing by men and animals as well as plants at night.

3. The machine that controlled the water on the satellite which was needed to drink. The fish needed it to swim in and survive in it. Animals also need to drink water.

4. The machine that controlled a system which had been evolved whereby one needs to seek permission to use anything on this satellite. This has been managed by implanting chips in all the things seen here. Even plants and the stream possessed them. This was done by their great ancestors to inculcate a sense of responsibility and care for the environment.

5. The mechanised system that controlled the soil and its content including the nitrogen-fixing bacteria and earthworms ants, etc. The soil, plants, animals fish, birds etc, had originally come from Earth. Everything here is organic in such that they used organic fertilizers and have never used chemicals to grow food grains, vegetables, etc.

6. The machine that monitored the population to a sustainable level. It was ensured, through monitoring by machines, that they all develop at the required rate. They do not overdevelop or overpopulate. All this was monitored.
