Soon, Elsa realised that Ray didn't have any feelings towards her junior classmate. He soon explained it to us as the teasing increased tremendously.
It's just that they were planning an online game competition and wanted players to participate in it. He, somehow came to know that she plays and came in contact with her due to it. He explained patiently as he didn't want anyone to misunderstand him.
While he explained the reason, Elsa couldn't stop grinning. She knew she should control but she couldn't.
She asked ," What competition ? Why didn't you tell anything?"
Ray looked at her while scratching his head awkwardly and said," It's nothing ... just a small online competition. "
She nodded her head in understanding and asked, "Which game is it?"
"Counter Strike"
Elsa jolted and said," Okay... That's one of the games I have played."
Ray was dumbfounded too, he didn't think Elsa would play that game. He excitedly asked her whether she wanted to participate.
Seeing his excitement, her mind knew why others would misunderstand his actions. But, she didn't want to play an online game.
" I have only played offline before and its been ages since I have last played one game too."
Ray just looked at her and said ," Okay.. If you want to play, tell me.. It's tomorrow so just text me.. Alright?"
She nodded and went off to her class.

Elsa badly wanted to help him with his competition but she wasn't confident in her skills like before. So she asked Alan whether he was interested. Alan said he would give it a try which made her so happy.
She excitedly texted Ray asking him the details and watched the game. She found it interesting and wanted to try it once but her brother soon logged off as he had a bad headache.
Ray said ," Its okay. He held his ground for some time and it was close to the end . So everything is fine. "

When Elsa was left alone at home some days later , she was texting Ray asking what he was upto while complaning that she was getting bored.
While listening to her complaints, Ray said," I would love to have a match against you. "
Elsa was surprised that he wanted to play against her so she reminded him ," Didn't I say, its been ages ? I don't really like playing against a group of people."
" It's okay... Just have a one on one match against me. "
Elsa asked jokingly, " Why do you want to kill me so badly?"
He chuckled," Just play.. You in?"
Elsa didn't want to say no to him. So she agreed to his request. Soon, both of them started playing, at first Elsa was cursing herself as she had lost the touch. Immediately, she found her comfort zone and started attacking back.
After one hour, Ray exclaimed," Ohh Boy... You are damn good . And, you kept saying you were not good."
Elsa laughed and asked," Really?... You were the one who won at last. Check the score. "
Ray shook his head and said," Nope.. You are definitely a pro in this and I didn't expect you to be this good."
He again asked," How many years has it been since you last played?"
" Around two to three maybe. "
Ray kept on praising her so much that Elsa started laughing at his exaggerations. She slowly said," Thanks... For making it fun for me."
Ray said," No...Noo.. Thank you for making it interesting. I'm impressed."
Elsa blushed and changed the topic suddenly. She could feel her face getting red as she re-read the message where he was impressed.

Soon, it was exams time and Elsa being an attentive student found the subjects much easier to learn. She was slowly , taking her time to study when she received a call from Adina saying," Heyy.. Do you mind talking with Ray now?"
Elsa confusedly asked," Um No.. Why?"
" Really... Good.. Just talk.. He's really sad and not telling the reason why. Just try talking to him since you are good at pep talk. "
Elsa was worried so she agreed immediately while she texted Ray," Heyy..."
After few seconds, he replied," Hey.. Busy studying?"
" Umm Nope.. I haven't started yet... What about you?"
" Same as you."
Elsa didn't like beating around the bush so she asked him straightforwardly," What happened?"
He said," Nothing."
She figured that he didn't want to talk about it so she asked whether he had plans on studying yet.
Ray smiled when he heard her 'yet'... and said, "Nope.."
" Okay.. Then, Lets study together. I don't mind having a company throughout the night."
" Nah.. It's okay.. you study... I don't want to be a disturbance."
" Umm.. I wasn't asking your opinion.."
Ray laughed at this and said," My bad.. "
Elsa smiled and said," Its decided ... So lets score good marks . Listen to your teacher well.."
Ray just went along with what she said, smilingly.
