On Yi Lei Fang's side. She had stopped running after a while. An evil smile escaped from her soft lips. She wiped away the tears from her face and continued walking forward like nothing had happened.
Ever since she first came to this plane, she rarely checked her status. When she was still inside the dimensional space, she learned how the soul ring on her thumb worked thanks to Xiao Bao's guidance. Speaking of the said lads, Asura and Xiao Bao had been quiet lately.
Wondering what they were doing, she telepathically called out. "Ah, Asura, Xiao Bao, are you guys still there?"
Yet, no one answered. She called out the second time and still no one answered. Yi Lei Fang wasn't worry. After all they were still inside the soul ring. Without further ado, Yi Lei Fang checked her status first before visiting her pet system and spirit guard.

Yi Lei Fang closed the status screen after seeing the results. She was surprised that she had completed two missions so quickly. It hasn't been a month yet and here she was, two missions down and only one more left to go.
But what intrigued her was who killed the Rogue clan in one day? She knew it couldn't have been the Emperor. If she remembered correctly, the Emperor wasn't involved at all. So who would have the guts to kill a clan in one night and without the Emperor's help? Then a certain someone appeared in her head.
Since Yi Lei Fang was preoccupied with her thoughts, she didn't realize Mu Ling was catching up to her. She also did not know her actions today had caught the tyrant's jealousy.
In the next second, Yi Lei Fang didn't watch where she was going and bump into a wall. But instead of a wall, she sees a beautiful handsome guy blocking her path. Ah, speaking of the devil.
"Are you done playing around?" Guan Yu asked as his heart was burning with vinegar.
He came to see her as quickly as possible when Anubis reported that Mu Ling and Yi Lei Fang were happily chatting together. Truthfully, all Anubis said was that Mu Ling and Yi Lei Fang were just talking and from there he told Guan Yu of what happened after meeting up with Yi Mei.
Nevertheless, Guan Yu didn't care about their interaction with Yi Mei. His heart was burning with vinegar thinking of his woman talking "happily" with another man.
Back to Yi Lei Fang. She tilted her head with a questioning look.
"Um, it was fun. Why? Were you spying on me or did you have someone spy on me?"
Yi Lei Fang tip toed, looking behind Guan Yu in searching for the spy. Not seeing any shadow behind the trees or the roof. So she decided to use her mental power instead. But before she could activate her power, Guan Yu unexpectedly pulled her and hugged her tightly.
Somewhere behind a tree, Anubis was sweating nervously. He was thankful that his lord distracted the young lady and also for that Mu Ling guy to arrive with perfect timing too.
He patted his heart and let out a relieved sigh.
Yi Lei Fang however was confused with Guan Yu actions. She put her hands between them and try to separate herself from him.
"Guan Yu, let go-"
"Sshh...stay still."
Yi Lei Fang's face scrunched up in confusion. Why would she need to stay still? Soon enough she heard a hurried footsteps coming behind her.
"Young Miss Yi, are you okay?"
Even though he saw Guan Yu hugging Yi Lei Fang, he still asked her because he was too worried. Still seeing them in an intimate position irked him.
Yi Lei Fang didn't know Mu Ling would chase after her!? She thought Yi Mei would try to find excuses to make him believe her which would have cause Mu Ling to feel displeased with her but yet why was he here!? What happened to Yi Mei!? Oh well, as long as Mu Ling did not care about Yi Mei then everything is fine, thought Yi Lei Fang.
To cause Mu Ling to hate Yi Mei even more, she brainstormed another plan. A few seconds later her eyes glinted with mischievous mirth. She put on weak trembling voice.
She placed her head against Guan Yu's chest. Like her body was depending on a strong pillar to support her.
"Young Master Mu, I don't feel well right now. I-I just don't know what I did wrong for tang mei to hate me this much. Sniff* I don't want tang mei to hate me."
Yi Lei Fang shook her head side to side as if unable to bare to see her only close cousin to resent her.
"I-I don't want her to hate me. I don't-"
Yi Lei Fang was in despair to the point she fainted on the spot, shocking both Guan Yu and Mu Ling.
In a swift natural movement, Guan Yu princess carried Yi Lei Fang in his arms.
Luckily Yi Lei Fang was still under Guan Yu's arms or else she would have embarrassed herself if he wasn't fast enough to catch her.
But for Mu Ling who was several feet away was about to move his feet to catch the falling Yi Lei Fang, but when he met Guan Yu's cold glare, he stopped. Seeing those red penetrating eyes, he felt a threatening vibe leaking out from the God of War Wangye.
"Young Master Mu, this benwang will be taking her to her courtyard. You can go back to take care of your own woman as I will take care of mine."
Not caring about the jealous Mu Ling, he held Yi Lei Fang tightly in his arms and vanished into thin air.
As for Mu Ling who stood still, glared at the same spot where Guan Yu disappeared. He clenched his fists tightly and angrily voiced out in his head. She was my woman first!
Xi Ting, Xi Fei, Xi Yin, and Xi Yao, all four were busy cleaning up Yi Lei Fang's bed and getting the hot bath ready. Once everything was done, they left the chamber and were getting ready to cook dinner for their Young Miss. The sun was almost setting down; therefore, their Young Miss should be coming back.
Right when all four maids stepped into the kitchen, a gust of wind passed by, mysteriously knocking the maids out. Then a large built human body with a dog's features, wearing Egyptian clothing quickly caught the maids. If he was still in human's form, he wouldn't be able to catch all four of them. Yes, it was Anubis who had changed back into his true form. He had to in order to carry the maids to their resting place.
He threw two maids on each of his shoulder like a sack of rice and departed.
In Yi Lei Fang chamber, she was placed gently on her bed. Guan Yu crossed his arms as he stared at her delicate face.
"Stop pretending. I know you are still awake."
Slowly opened her eyes, she turned to lay on her side and propped her head with her hand.
"How did you know I was pretending?"
"Your body was stiff the whole time I was carrying you."
Feeling awkward, she straightforwardly said, "Well your chest was too hard. Who in the right mind would feel comfortable lying on chest that is hard as a rock."
Guan Yu raised an eyebrow in amusement. He bent down to eye level with Yi Lei Fang.
Yi Lei Fang who felt intimidated moved her head back. Seeing Guan Yu's face was getting too close as she can feel his warm breath brush passed against her skin, she timidly said "St-stop coming closer."
Guan Yu put on a risqué smile. He lifts his hand and trace her soft lips with his thumb.
"Why should I stop advancing when I need to punish my woman for trying to seduce another man."
