Lu YingJun gave them a side eye and went straight to his office .
"Aah ! cold as always ..." , Mei muttered .
Wen Sao had already been transferred to another branch, and it's already the time about the project execution season , So the workload had increased and in these tight situations , one should be very careful with their actions .
But there's something that needs YingJun's attention .
Setting other matters aside YingJun called the Secretary's desk ,

Mei has been working a bit late recently , overtime is something common for regular office workers at the season time , everyone is doing it right now in the office , it's already past working hours and it might take an hour or more to leave work , Lu YingJun is also working and nobody dares to leave before he does .
it's usually the driver who picks Mei back an forth , secretly as a taxi driver , its all set up , everything is a pretense.. already so it's no big deal to think about how she'll go back , but the part that concerns her more is...the weird gazes she is getting from around ....
They've been giving her looks ever since the lunch time .
Does she looks that tried or weird , well she can't help but wonder, ' whats with the atmosphere ? '
'it's almost midnight...ugh my heads throbbing ' , she hasn't slept for a while now , she's been working constantly...it's natural to get a headache now , the day ended and the nights long .
"Ugh I need coffee " she is beat now , her head was spinning, she needed a some caffeine and a sugar shot .
It's not that she hasn't heard the rumours around her . She knows all well who is doing what around the office .
The main reason for her to work for YingJun was to get up to date with the current statics n corporate world , it's not like she didn't had any idea of what's going, but experiencing it in practical will also be more of use .
Using so many tactics to just get one person in trap wasn't going to be easy , yet embracing it with all facts known Mei knew it somewhere that plans are starting to execute at its own pace .
Now that she has gotten in the company , it's more easy to put an eye on Han Sheng , first of all he is YingJun's business partner there will more risk n chances where they might have to come face to face and second of all it's still a disadvantage that she's still within the employee section where coming accross bigshots might just be a shere luck or not of her's .
Pondering on so much thoughts She made her way to the office pantry . But due to the lack of strength and a throbbing head , it wasn't easy for her to make it through the way .
"Ahh shit !" , Mei cursed with a flailing voice , because the corridor in front of her started to spin and somehow she started losing her balance of her legs .
Wobbling here n there on the sides poor Mei had atlast reached .
As expected not a minute goes by where Song Mei is not being dramatic .
Zhang Wei Dong a fellow colleague saw all this from a far becuz the office pantry was just a few steps away from the secretary department .. yeah just few steps a way like a room away..... *sigh*
Poor DongDong has to see all this drama everyday , must be feeling entertained ...you thought , but no we are talking about reality here , it's been 6 months since He is seeing Song Mei work but this is an everyday story "ahh there she goes again ", he muttered to himself being done with Mei's shit he shouted ," OKAY THAT IS ENOUGH ACTING TODAY MEI LETS GET GOING OKAY COME BACK FAST , TAKE YOUR STUFF AND GO HOME ! " , then he mutters to himself ," ahh so much to just go home " , shaking his head in disappointment like any other Asian parent .
Lu YingJun hasn't left yet but there's a limit where he can keep his employees working , so being a bit considered about his staff , he already told WeiDong ( is actually close to LYJ) to leave a bit early today whenever they want .
So , that's why Wei Dong walks away back to his cubical to pack n leave HE'S DEAD TIERD .
On the other hand Mei who barely could maintain her body stance , slipped on the ground ,
"I really feel like dying, today was hell fr ", drinking her sorrow away , in a bitter gulp ,she was finally going home ...
" I was really not acting today I feel like I'm going to pass out any minute Mr.Zhang " , she complained to WeiDong as he put allegations on her for acting again to leave early .
" Ahh is that so , well you do it everyday how am I supposed to know when it's real " , WeiDong stating facts added ," just don't it everyday then you'd end up like the boy crying wolf " , well WeiDong can be pretty savage . sometimes he might look timid and shy b'cuz of his heigh i.e. 5'5 , the poor 36year old has to take care of a grown ass women everyday . So tiering !
Leaving the office and the worned out Song Mei who was now standing dumbfounded and hurted , behind WeiDong stepped away .
"YOU DIDN'T HAD TO CALL ME OUT LIKE THAT !" , Song Mei screamed at the gradually vanishing figure of WeiDong.
"HEY ! MR.ZHANG WAIT FOR ME ", packing her stuff in a hurry she runs behind WeiDong ,
" HEY WAIT UP MR.ZHANG "
" DONT LEAVE LITTLE MEI HERE ALONE " , acting all chummy she catches up WeiDong and they eventually call it for the day .
Things seem to work out .... slowly , gradually.... more with a steady pace rather than the things Song Mei had in mind .....
it might look all ambitious and hell fire at the beginning but as the reality hits things tend to notch down on their own pace , you know it's not like everyone can have a mind blowing full on dramatical , well planned revenge irl no u can't .
And with that said things weren't really sailing well for Song Mei as she thought .
The raging fire that once burned inside her is now slowly subsidising ....and what happens when a fire is out by its own ?
either way it is put out by someone or there's nothing to burn anymore..... nothing
b'cuz the fire burns that out ,so what's left ?
