After all the rules were agreed upon, Nars pulled out a map and drew a line down the middle.
"Since Cold-kun picked the game, fairy can pick a side first."
I observe the map and seriously contemplate the pros and cons to each side. One side has Blaze-kun's room, the cafeteria, the Barricks, etc. The other side has Magi-kun's lab, the underground dungeon(don't ask, I found it on accident when I was memorizing the area), and a very very scary place that's heavily guarded that I happened upon. When I was making my plan, I decided to place my flag in that scary place, because I don't believe Cold-kun has the guts to venture in there for a mere game. But I'm not completely sure he'll act accordingly, so there's a certain risk to this plan, but it's the best plan I could come up with.
"I choose this side." I point to the right side of the map.
"Ok, then Cold-kun, you'll take the left side. You've got 15 minutes of prep time, starting...NOW!" Nars pulls out a magic infused timer and presses start.
I dash towards the scary place. Taking a quick look behind me, I see Cold-kun browsing the weapon options in the shop, all of which are magic-infused. *evil grin* Perfect.
After about 2 minutes I make it to the heavily guarded courtyard. I fly over the statue-like guards, into the courtyard, and softly land on a window partially covered by a bush. I carefully peek into the dark room. Waiting until my eyes adjust, I peer into the bedroom.
Similar to Blaze-kun's room, it has a simple layout and barely any decorations. The only object giving the room any flavor is the bold, Japanese calligraphy on a poster, hanging in a frame on the wall.
Another thing separating this room from Blaze-kuns is the large writing desk stacked high with papers. The mess looks almost like a paper mountain in the barely visible light.
But the biggest difference is the king-sized, western-style bed in the middle of the room. Light breathing can be heard, coming from the sheets.
Tut tut, all this work and here you are, sleeping. I softly fly over to the mattress and gaze at the peaceful face of Manbun.
Hmm, maybe I was wrong, because if I really look at his face, I can see bags under his eye. But as expected from an ikemen, his under-eye bags don't effect the overall handsomeness of his face. I wouldn't have even noticed if I wasn't this close.
Now, where should I put this flag? I look around the room to view my options. Just in case Cold-kun really does come in here, I want to hide the flag well enough that it takes him forever to find it, which creates a higher possibility of getting caught.
I determine there's basically no good hiding places in the almost empty room. So my original speculation was correct after all, the best place to hide a flag in a scary room is on the owner of the scary room itself.
I gulp as I turn my eyes towards the sleeping Manbun. But...where to hide it? I can't see what Manbun is wearing from this angle, just his head peeking out from under the covers. If he happens to be wearing pajamas, he's bound to chance out of them when he gets out of bed. Then he might accidentally find the flag and I'll get the death sentence.
Right when I'm about to try to slowly pull the sheet back- *ruffle*
AHhhssvfvsfbvnm. I stiffly watch the sleeping Manbun turns his body so his face is only an inch in front of me. I close my eyes and wait to be caught and killed as an assassin.
