Boss Nan is actually a gay! This rumor started when that certain co-worker accidentally saw Nan Shen and Tan Hua in kinda weird position.
At that time Nan Shen back was facing the door while Tan Hua was hidden with his tall body but then from the co-worker view, those two looked like they were about to kiss!
The co-worker then secretly took a picture which was quite ambiguous showing how Nan Shen and Tan Hua looked like they were about to kiss when in reality Tan Hua was just practicing tying a tie for Nan Shen.
Her position was indeed ambiguous as she had to look up to look at the tie whereas Nan Shen looked down to guide Tan Hua in her practice.
