Linhua decided to come clean and told her the truth. It started three years ago.

It was a perfect idea to her, the only problem was that she didn't have a partner to get her pregnant. She could adopt one, but it wouldn't be a serious problem to them.
With this mindset, she went to a private hospital that most socialites used. The hospital was famous in the rich circle for doing abortions for celebrities and young socialites. They also offer artificial insemination.

He contacted his business friend Dr. Fan, (who is the father of the doctor that he took Mingze to and his her pregnancy. His son works for Linhua to pay for his father's deception.)
What he was kept in the dark about was how they got the eggs. While he thought that the ladies willing gave up their eggs, it turns out that they tricked them. They allow both parent to match up and then fertilize the female buyer's egg with the male buyers sperm.
After a successful process, the poorer buyer is deceived.They tell them they failed,while they give the fertilized egg to the richer buyer.
When Linhua found out, he closed down the hospital and made Dr.Fan and the rest personnels guilty go to prison. Although he was no saint, he was mad that he was played. Did they think he was a fool?
When this all happened, the egg was already in the surrogate. He had no intention of letting its mother know now. He had a deal with Dr. Fan to settle the incident privately as to not destroy his son's future.

He wanted to give her an opportunity to correct her mistake, she probably sold her egg to get money hence he didn't want to burden her.
