"It's fine..." Xueyan tried to reassure him but Zhaolin wasn't ready for any of that. He no longer wanted to deceive himself. If he agreed with her he would only hurt his heart more. He wanted to come out of this place that made him sick.
"No it's not."
"Don't say that." Xueyan attempted shutting him up.
"Xue..." A tear dropped from his right eye.
Xueyan heart began to palpitate. "What is the matter?"
"It will never be alright!. It will never be fine..."
Xueyan took a step closer to him and he took several steps back.
"Don't come close to me please..." Zhaolin pleaded like his life depended on it. "Even if I decide to use all my life on earth to pay for this... It will never be enough."
"Pay for what?"
Zhaolin didn't say anything again. He bit hard on his dried lip and tasted blood.
