Chapter 163 - Not Allowed in Office

Gu Wing had noticed it when she first hugged Bin Ruo in front of his assistant; A woman's perfume. 'This is Chanel's Second Chance perfume. Not something I would normally like. This is definitely not mine... Is he seeing someone behind my back?'

He brought her to his office and ordered a glass of warm milk for her. She frowned upon hearing his words, "I hate milk. Remember?" She sounded slightly irritated by his forgetfulness.

He sighed inwardly, but didn't show it on his face. He smiled, "Warm milk is good for your body. You have cold hands and feet. Avoid cold drinks."

"I want a glass of red wine. No room for negotiation." She demanded with her legs crossed. She wanted him to know that even though they're dating, she isn't like other women who would easily go along with his request.

It was too bothersome to ask his assistant to come back in just to change the order so he texted her instead. Seeing that the assistant hasn't come in after the first time, she stomped her heels, "Didn't I say I didn't want milk? Why hasn't your assistant come back yet?"

He wrinkled the lower right corner of one of the pages to a contract before replying in a neutral tone,"I've already informed her about changing your drink to the glass of red wine you wanted."

She furrowed her brows and walked up to his desk, "When?"

"I texted her earlier." He looked her in the eye showing no signs of dishonesty.

"Why?" She asked with a sense of annoyance in her tone.

"Because you said you wanted a different drink." He started to lose his temper.

"I don't mean that part. I'm asking you why you texted her instead of telling her to come back in through the phone like the first time. Also, why do you have her number saved in your contact? Delete it." Her jealousy was like the oil from her thick foundation layered face; disgusting.

"No. She's my assistant. It's easier to communicate through the phone than other technologies. Besides, you're the one who wanted to get a glass of wine. It's more time consuming to have her walk back and forth like that." He argued while trying to hold back his frustration.

She gasped at his response, "You never spoke to me this way before! Where did the 'I'll listen to you from now on' and the 'I'll do whatever you want' went? Out the window or crashing some other alien planet?! Bin Ruo! I give you one last chance to delete that bitch's number on your phone or you'll have to come begging me for forgiveness!"

"I don't have time to deal with your childish behavior. You can think about it when you are alone. This is my office, so please excuse yourself to the door. Also, to avoid future inconveniences, don't drop by without any prior notice. My office is not your home." He continued focusing on the documents in front of him.

She turned around, grabbed her bag, and purposely stomped heavily a few times pretending to leave. When she turned back, she noticed that he didn't even bother looking in her direction once. "Hmph!" she rushed out the office and left in wrath.

Knock Knock

"Come in. You can leave my cup of warm milk here and take away the glass of red wine." He said while reviewing the documents attentively.

"Oh? But what if I want to drink red wine right now?" The girl's soft voice gained his immediate attention. His cold expression melted in an instant.

"Ran Ran! You're here. Why didn't you tell me you were coming?" He quickly got out of his seat and wrapped his arms around the girl's waist.

"Random inspection, of course! Just kidding~ I brought some lunch for you. I know somebody must have skipped his lunch again~" She giggled in his embrace.

Achoo

She sneezed after smelling the strong perfume scent from his suit, "You smell bad! Whose perfume is this? It's so strong and blehh."

"Ah, sorry. I forgot to toss this to the trash after that woman left just now." He stripped off his blazer and dumped it into the trash can next to his desk.

"What a waste. Just have it washed and dry cleaned." She wanted to pick it up, but was attacked by a warm hug from behind. He sniffed her hair and dug his face in her neck. "Mmm... that woman's scent is too much. You know my OCD. I can only allow your scent on me. If its not your scent, I'll feel like I'm dirtied."

"You and your sweet mouth! Fine. Fine. I'll leave it there alright? Come, it's bad for your stomach if you skip a meal or always eat at an irregular time." Ran Ran guided him to the couch and opened the homemade lunch boxes for him.

He stared at her with a honey expression, "Ahhhh, my future wife is so caring. What would I do without you?" Once again, his arms hugged her closer to his body. She laughed while grabbing a piece of sweet and sour rib from the container with chopsticks and stuffing it in his mouth.

"Good?" she asked him worriedly.

"Of course! You made it, so it's the best." She shoved the chopsticks into his hands, "Since you say it's that good, then you better eat them all!"

When his assistant brought the drinks in, she greeted Ran Ran cheerfully, "Miss. Ran Ran! How are you today?"

Ran Ran responded with a Spring like smile, "I'm very good. How about you?"

"I'm doing well today. Ah, this is Mr. Bin's warm milk. Shall I pour you a warm cup of Passion Fruit Jasmine tea?" The assistant asked, knowing that Ran Ran disliked alcoholic drinks.

"Awww, you're such a doll! Thank you! I would love a cup of Passion Fruit Jasmine tea! Sorry for making you go back and forth, though. I can make it myself actually. You should go back to work. I know your company is going through the seasonal changes right now, so I wouldn't want you to hinder behind in your work." She got up from the couch and was ready to leave the room.

"No, no! You sit. I'll come back with the tea. It'll take five to ten minutes. Not too bad." The assistant hurried out of the office to make the tea for her. 'Hehe, seems like that woman from before wasn't anyone special. Of course lady boss can only be Miss. Ran Ran.'

"Ran Ran, sit and relax. My assistant probably got the wrong idea when that woman came earlier and thought that I was my brother. This isn't the first time something like this happened. Only you could tell the difference between us." He concluded his assistant's reaction by linking all the events together.

"Aiya! That's annoying. When will your brother get tired of her?" Ran Ran pouted, thinking about another woman hugging and touching her man intimately.

He put down his chopsticks and pulled her onto his lap, "Who told that brother of mine to be so wild? He likes to challenge new things. And plus, nobody could figure him and me out, so he shoved his position to me. That should be the woman he chased after for many years. He personally came to ask me to pretend to be him if she ever comes up. I tried, but couldn't tolerate her at all."

She ran her fingers through his soft hair, "Uh huh, so what would you tell that woman when she tries to kiss you huh? That you are not your brother? Or that you have a fiance? Or even worse, you accept her kiss!"

"I think I'll knock her out with a karate chop instead. Swap with my brother and have him deal with her. I mean, she will realize it sooner or later when he only shows up at night. I don't have time to explain to someone like her. I've got other stuff to do." He buried his face in her neck again. This time, his lips trailed kisses to her lips.

"By other stuff, you mean me, don't you?" She laughed from the ticklish feeling she felt from his light pecks.

"Bingo."

She placed her palm to his lips for a pause, "Eat first. Then we continue."

"Yes ma'am~"

Meanwhile, at Gu Wing's apartment, almost every breakable item in the house had been torn apart or shattered to pieces. Everything turned unsightly.
