Chloe stood across the street from the building that had a big flashing sign "Chaos" above its main entrance. Chaos is the club which dominates the nightlife of the Boyle Heights neighborhood for the last three years.
The club opened at 8 PM, like every evening, and Chloe was standing there for more than fifteen minutes and observing people who were entering the nightclub. She was gathering her courage to cross the street and join them.
