Charlie felt that he is getting carried away in passion, lost in pure lust for the woman in his arms. It's just the two of them, and she is kissing him while letting out small moans and clinging onto him, and she is so soft and inviting, and… he needs to stop. No matter how difficult it is, he needs to stop before he loses control.
He inched away and met Emma's misty eyes, her flushed face and lips slightly swollen as a reminder of the amazing kissing session they shared.
Charlie closed his eyes and took a deep breath while reminding himself to be a gentleman. He got Emma here so that they can talk and clarify things between them, and they did.
