Yoroku stood up, "I'll go use the restroom for a bit, I'll be back." Ayumi watched as he left the room and closed the door. Quickly she grabbed her phone and contacted Sanyu. The phone ringed, but he did not answer the call. He was too worried to even care.
He barged into the company, "Where's Ayumi?" The employees stared at him, they had no idea who he was talking about and why he suddenly barged in. Sanyu looked around at the employees, "Who has AYUMI?!!" CEO Mira walked down the corridor, she was stopped by her worker. "There's someone making a mess downstairs, asking for a girl name Ayumi," the worker explained.
CEO Mira widened her eyes, "Sanyu.." she hurried down. Sanyu threw papers around and wrecked tables and chairs. He sighed, "Ahh, I'm about to go crazy.." "Sanyu.." CEO Mira walked towards him slowly. He grabbed her by the collar of her trench coat, "Where. Where did you put Ayumi? What did you do to her?!!"
She grabbed his wrist and yelled back, "Sanyu, that girl is no good! There are plenty of other good girls out there! Why would you want to be with someone who attempted murder?!! She can possibly harm you and I cannot stand that!! I cannot stand to see a single scratch on you or else I will go rampage!!"
"AS IF YOU DIDN'T ATTEMPTED MURDER!!" He screamed at her face while tears fell down. His mother's eyes widens, she was speechless. They employees gossiped and stood by watching the scene between a mother and her son fight.
—13 Years Ago— "You cheated on me.. why?" Mira asked her husband. "Mira.. listen to me, I can explain," he told her. She screamed, "I don't want to hear it!! YOU?!! You SLEPT with that b***h?!! Will she carry your child?! Ahh, I'm about to go crazy!!" She leaned on the kitchen counter stressing out. "Let's not argue!! Sanyu's birthday will be in 2 days! Let's just stop this nonsense! Leave me alone!" He shouted back.
"Don't you DARE try to change subject! I could care less about that right now. We're talking about why the hell did you decide to cheat on me?? What the f**k?!" She slaps him. Sanyu cried over the scenery, "Mommy, daddy please don't fight!! It's scary!"
"I feel you don't satisfy me enough, that's why. Everyday you nag me, you're so damn f**king petty and rude! You're nothing but a poor woman I married to. Always thinking you rule the world and $**t! Am I your husband or am I a mere dog to you?!" He faces her. Mira grabs a knife and swings it at him, "ARGHH SHUT THE F**K UP!!" Terrified, Sanyu cries even louder.
"IM GOING GO KILL YOU!" She cuts her husband's shoulder. He grabs her hair, "Stupid B***h!! Get lost!!" Mira raises the knife and tries to stab her husband. "Mommy please stop!! Daddy will get hurt!!" Sanyu ran to his mom crying, trying to stop her. Her eyes widens and she stops the knife in mid air, the fact that Sanyu is seeing this all, she feels like a horrible mother.
Her husband pushes her down with a strong force, "Crazy b***h!! You dared tried to f**king kill me!!" Her tears rolled down her cheeks and drops onto the ground, "Sanyu.. I'm sorry, I'm such a bad mother." He continues to cry in fear. Mira looks at her husband, "I'm sick of you. I'm leaving." She goes into the room to pack her things.
Her husband thinks for awhile. If she leaves, who'll clean the house? Cook for the family? Look after the family? Do the laundry? Love the family? Give the house warmth? She returns with her suitcase full of clothings and walks over to Sanyu, "You.. please grow up to be a good boy, don't be like me. I'm such a horrible mother, unable to raise you any further. I tried to kill your father in front of your eyes. You've seen bad enough.. perhaps you're better off with your father, someone who isn't as terrifying as I am. A disgusting person like me, don't deserve the rights to raise you. I'm sorry, I don't want you anymore. Stay with your father."
After thinking it all through, her husband apologizes, "I'm sorry, I did wrong. I still need you—Sanyu still needs you! I..i promise I won't do such things ever again. You mean everything to me! How can I raise a child by myself?! Honey.. please don't leave us.." She looks back at him, "Bold of you to say that, but I don't talk back to bastards who cheats on their wives, goodbye. Enjoy your life."
"Honey please! We're all the same anyways! As human beings we will always create mistakes of our own! So please!! Give me another chance! I'll fix myself to become a better husband and father!" He begged her. "Mommy please don't go!!" Sanyu cries loudly and sadly. "I'll send you the divorce documents by tomorrow," she slams the door and leaves the two alone in the cold house.
—Present— "Sanyu.." his mother's tears began to fall out heavily as she clearly remembered everything. Sanyu let's go of her trench coat, "You have the guts to cry? After all you done?" She wipes her tears and looks at him, "As I said before, 'you know nothing of a mother's love'.."
Sanyu's phone rings. He picks up the call, "Ayumi?! Where are you?!" "I'm not exactly sure where I am, but I'm at that rich guy's house.. where are YOU?" She asks him. "With...some woman that's supposedly to be called my mother, but are you okay? Your not hurt are you??" He worriedly asks. "She.. I heard she was behind all of this..." Ayumi tells him. He looks at his mother, "I've figured." Ayumi feels Yoroku's presence coming towards the door, "I have to go! He's coming!" She ends the call.
"What were you thinking when you were trying to take Ayumi away from me?" Sanyu asks his mother. "Because she is someone like me.. because I almost killed your father I thought she could've killed you too if things went wrong! I was afraid!" She cries. "A person can never be like someone else. Everyone is different. We're not all the same. We have different lives, different personalities!" Sanyu tells her.
"I was just trying to protect you!" She sobs. "Tell me, what was the real reason you left me. I was too young to understand at that time. However, when I asked father, he only told me YOU didn't want me anymore, he even said HIMSELF that he didn't want me either. That I was the reason why you both lacked money. What the hell is the story behind all of this?!!!" He kicks a chair out of frustration.
CEO Mira walks towards him and places her hands on his shoulders to calm him down. She then explains the entire story, detailed, not missing anything. "I was too ashamed of myself.. how can a mother act like that in front of their own child??" She ends the story and cries. Sanyu's eyes widens, "And after all these years you decided to come back to me when you could've done so way before.." "I'm sorry..Sanyu please forgive me.." she embraces him. His heart shakens up, and he too, cries.
