Ame gets up from the chair, going towards the door her heartbeat grows louder and louder.
The door opens from other side and a tall figure appears. Ame holds her breathe, trying to calm her heartbeat. The figure leans down and hugs Ame. "Its good to be back." the figure says.
"Its good to see you, brother." Ame says back releasing herself from the hug.
"But we have a problem." Walking back to Koru. Her brother follows her. "The Fortune Sword found a new owner." she pointing to Koru.
Koru notices an both Aron and Ame's brother look the same and he doesn't like the look Ame's brother is giving him.
"Well this is troubling, for years the sword has been passed down to the oldest sibling, but for an outsider to wield it. It feels like we got the bad fortune." Ame's brother says as he inspects Koru.
"This from left field but what's with you and the demon looking alike?" Koru asks.
"Its none of your business." Ame pipes up.
Turning to her brother "What do you think should we do with him?" she asks.
"I guessing he took the sword so she tied him up but that doesn't explain why she has her demon guarding him." he talked to himself.
Ame chimes in and explains why Koru is tied up.
"At first it was going fine but this one. " She points to Koru.
"Decides to start attacking me and Aron. I decided it was best to use my sleeping arrow." "That's when we decided to tie him up for our and his protection." Ame explains.
"What should we do with him now brother?" Ame asks turning away from Koru.
"Wait a minute! Don't you want to hear my side of the story?" Koru pleads.
"Quiet you thief!" She commands.
"Ame calm down." "Let him talk. The poor boy just dragged into this." Her brother pleads
"Thank you." Koru replies.
"Before you begin let me tell you this. If I find out your lying and you work for the Demon Queen. I won't hesitate to end your life."
"I was approached by a fortune-teller that gave me your sword." Koru explains.
"That's what you told me but I still don't believe you!" Ame yells.
"I believe him Ame now stop yelling." He commands.
"But." She whines
"Please Ame we have little time and I have to explain how our clan began."
"Fine." She whines.
As Aron crouches down to lossen the rope he whispers to Koru "I'm sorry young Miss can be a bit stubborn in her convictions."
"Also if Mr. Nora says your story is true. Then I have no choice but release you."
"Alright now that you aren't on the floor I'll explain how our family the Yuukis were formed." Nora explained.
************
"Thousands of years ago, both demons and humans were ruled by Demon Queen Ryu but she became a tyrant. This lead to an uprising among lower demons, and humans. They were lead by our ancestor Yuuki (his first name was lost among our records)."
"They stormed the Demon Queen's castle, fighting against her servants along the way both sides losing their numbers."
"Yuuki and the surviving members, got the Queen's chamber. They were breathless at what they saw. The Queen had borne a child our ancestor took this opportunity to cut the Demon Queen's legacy short. Before he could get close to the child the Demon Queen blocked his sword. Though weaker her power still overwhelmed both Yuuki and survivors. Yuuki started to clash with Demon Queen their rage destroying the castle to the point of collapse. ..."
******
"Their battle was supposed to have ended with the Demon Queen's defeat but as you see she is alive and is seeking revenge."
"What happened to the child?" Koru asks.
"Noone knows. It's not in the records." Nora replies.
"Now that I'm done explaining that. We will move onto the training." Nora continues.
"What and who is training?" Koru asks.
"You of course with the Fortune sword." Nora comments.
"What about me?" Ame asks.
"You and Aron can train with my familiar Zone." Nora says as she appears next to Ame and Aron.
"But.." Ame replies.
"Please don't argue with me." Nora puts his hand on Ame's shoulder.
"Koru come with me." He says as they go out a door.
