Hello! If you are reading this I must either be dead or I was dumb enough to let go of the only reason I have gotten this far, if so, this is my own diary same as my predecessors I have started to note and record everything I have gone through and to give a less vague and honestly annoying view point I shall have you my probable successor a chance to learn from my own life. I only have one thing I must say before I start, DO NOT PLAY THEIR GAME.. don't bend down to anyone.
A simple boy walked through his day to day, he was a fairly short long haired boy with brown eyes, "man. I reaaaally don't wanna go to work, I wish i had called in sick.. well.. at least ill see my girlfriend'' the boy walked as he left the train station walking down a street the city was fairly lively as there was a constant flow off people walking the streets stopping by buildings or going into a café, some were in a rush some were happy some were sad, I sighed at the same boring sight all thought the familiarity of this city has grown into me I always felt bored once I spent enough time in a place I could feel it was easily predictable and well, I found no excitement.
sometimes I wished something paranormal happened like suddenly awakening powers or simply getting suddenly killed and found in another world.
Shaking the thought away, even if I thought of this all the time I was happy with my new life I got myself a job (even if it was a low pay one) escaped a country that brought me nothing but despair and found myself a girlfriend and friends to have a fun life with and some of my family members were here to now.
looking towards the end of the street and a tall building greets me along side a short long hair girl standing next to the side of the building all smiling as she saw me, ''hey! Love how are you?' I said as I went and kissed the love of my life, we meet a few years ago as I was starting out in this country, and we have been together since. ''great because you are here, I just hate Mondays you know? I wish they paid us for just sleeping'' she giggled as she kissed me back, I laughed as I pulled out a cigarette and lit it up ''if they paid me for sleeping they would go bankrupt'' we laughed and passed time doing some small chatting as some of our co-workers turned up, josh one of my co-workers and one of my closest friends walked up to me with a smirk ''did you watch the game launch of The Devas Champions, the trailers and gameplays were so sick dude!'' I smirked looking at josh goofy smile and cheerful mannerism I nodded '' Yeaaah dude it looks awesome and it seems to integrate the latest's of Slaying technology I still cant belive that people can even afford that, and now they can buy and play games that enhance slayers and even be played by normal people to! Sick!''
Slayers.. they were the peak of humanities technology the discovery of a technology that could awaken the inner power and energy of a person through the use of A.D or artificial Deva it was invented about 100 years ago when a meteor shower struck the earth and pieces of Deva's artifacts were all scattered around the world around 150 or more were found and humanity discovered its ability to ''evolve'' a human being into a higher state drawing as it drew in a strange undetectable energy that for now people refer to gods energy as no one really understands it, some call it ki, chakra, mana, aura, and so on, only certain important people had access to these Devas artifacts and humanity didn't have a way to produce more until the greatest of the slayers the Deva of fire nicknamed the Flame saint became a Deva.
After a slayer ''evolves'' enough it was discovered that they became was could only be described as a divine being, as long as a slayer grew in power their life expectancy just kept going higher until this ''devas awakening'' happens and they become basically immortal in terms of aging and of course they are supposedly insanely strong as they conjure and summon the powers of the world, slayers make all the stories of the 2000's seem reality as magic, cultivators games merged and became a true possibility…for the 1% of the population that is, until A.D came to existence 50 years ago they discovered a way through our latest's spatial technology with the help of all 9 awakened Immortal Devas
At first it was a archaic way of awakening, you had to be brought forcefully towards 'Nirvana' as it was called or also referred as the birth place of gods, by using A.D artifacts that essentially killed your mortal body and sent your soul there, if you returned congrats! You are a slayer, if you don't, well you are dead lately it has become more and more sophisticated all thought you can still die it is less likely the latest A.D You use and mostly harmless but extremely expensive, this knowledge of gods and power made religion and cults explode with mass genocide happening in small countries and secluded places as well as resurgences of sects, all and all everyone wishes to become a powerful slayer and achieve Deva's awakening, as of now around 45% of the populous are slayers of varying degrees and as technology advances it becomes easier and easier for people to reach certain levels, but it came to the cost of invading creatures and monsters that have used the spatial warps that humans have abused to cross to our realm, as of now we know of 4 realms Nirvana, hell, Slayers Hub and the heavens gardens. So far this has been the progress towards humans divinity and domineering power.
After idling and chatting about this new game that could have normal people simulate being a slayer and makes actual slayers be able to train and get stronger time passed and we all headed inside, I myself had a basic call center job that consisted on calling and selling varying products as latest's terminals, and spatial communicators as well as communication services, my job was just to annoy people until someone bought something from me, it was not the greatest job but someone had to do it and I needed the money hahaha.. Time passed quite fast this day I felt energized and exited I was going to have some fun with the boys at playing the new game as we pre-ordered it, Even if I couldn't afford a A.D I could at least play the game and have some fun beating some actual slayers with hologram characters hahaha.. im going to destroy their asses! ''hahaha!'' I laughed as my co-workers looked at me like I was insane, the day ended quickly as I quickly went with my girlfriend and josh towards the train station, on the way ''so Leo are you coming with me tonight?'' she asked me with a suggestive voice, ''I cant today.. I got a appointment with destiny'' I kissed her in the forehead. ''why is it that every time a new game comes out you just forget about me? You could play at my place, besides we are going to move in together in a few weeks anyways.'' She pouted with a slightly disappointed expression as her brown-yellowish eyes looked at me pleading ''damn it Yai why do you have to be so cute! It breaks my heart but until we have our new apartment we don't have enough space and I don't want to wake you up mid game with my friends!'' I said with my most charismatic voice I could muster, Yai wouldn't let up unless I gave her a good reason but I know she wouldn't let me actually play my game for more than 2 hours until she would say she's bored and asks me to watch a movie with her, I'll make it up to her next time I though. ''fine! But you will make dinner next time you come in'' I sighed and just nodded as she cheerfully smiled and kept going and Joshua just stared at us with a contained smile that's about to burst into laughter we went into the train station and used the train to get to the main station
From there separated to each of our stations using the trains, these trains worked in a matter of almost instant teleportation using the spatial waves discovered they atune this trains to these similar to radio waves, each one is set to go in a different wave and signal, making it easy to traverse the world in minutes by using the Main station of each city, you have to pay a fee but you could theoretically traverse the whole planet in a mere 2 hours or so using it, extremely expensive to do so of course traversing your own city is affordable at least and it's the main way of transportation for most even though the train system doesn't cover every single place, as carving this spatial waves is costly and places overrun by creatures and monsters don't serve much of a purpose to having a station there, after a quick ride and a few minute of walking I arrived home and texted Yai, after that I sit down and put on my visor as I activated my Computer and started downloading The Devas Champions, ''this is going to be awesome!''.
