"Now then what's the best level to start at... that wouldn't be detrimental to me yet is still beneficial and somewhat hard?" Rin wondered, "Would level five be a good place to start, or should I do level 10 and just say fuck it?"
"I'd recommend starting at level 20, Freshman Rin Kurama," a monotone voice said, "Oh, and to get the most out of your time here, I recommend doing a workout regiment consisting of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run."
"Thanks, but isn't this an invasion of privacy?" I asked since it was weird to know someone could see me while I couldn't see them.
"Not really, but good luck, freshman. Also, if you ever reach level 100 and manage to survive for 10 minutes, maybe you could learn who I am. But until relax and remember that your secret is safe with me, haha."
"Tsk, why must females always be on some play hard-to-get type shit?!"
"Because it's fun, but anywho peace and I'll see you later Rin," The ban of our existence claimed with an evil grin behind the monitor. Before adjusting the gravity in the chamber to level 20 and departing to get something to eat, 'Good luck, my little freshman.'
Thud.
"Fuck! Why must everyone, I met be such ruthless people," Rin complained soon afterward as he was slammed to the ground and forced to stay there for a good minute.
Until he gained enough strength to stand up and start the grueling mission of completing a 10km run, 100 push-ups, 100 squats, and 100 sit-ups. All to eventually accomplish the goal of enduring the gravity of 100 Earths.

Meanwhile in one of the rooms on the top floor of the training hall...
A short woman wearing black glasses, a white crop top, and blue jeans could be seen stretching as she let out a slight moan, after a long period of monitoring people's training behind a gigantic virtual screen while sipping on some matcha.
"Hmm, while unlikely it would be interesting to see a freshman break Kylie's record." She muttered with a smile before glancing behind as someone entered her office.
Click.
"Could I by any chance help you, Emily?"
"Sorry to disturb you, Vice-captain Chloe, but the president of the Arise Champions was wondering if he could get a few minutes of your time?" Emily replied quickly with a bow before retrieving an envelope from her spatial ring, "Oh and he gave me this to give you."
"Sigh, tell him I'll be on the 2nd floor of Athena, and if he wants something he better text me asap," Chloe said as she took the envelope from Emily and shooed her away.
"I will, Vice-captain Chloe," Emily giggled before swiftly leaving and returning to her prior work.

Simultaneously during Chloe's trip to Athena to grab a quick meal and entertain an annoying friend. Rin finished the first set of his workout on level 20 and with that, it was now time to tackle level 40...
"... damn, now that was different, truly how does that bald guy do it," I muttered while laying on the floor out of breath with a pool of sweat beneath me.
A few minutes later...
"Welp, this is depressing..." I said with a weary smile as I picked myself up and changed the chamber's gravity to level 40, beginning the process of overcoming this hurdle once again.
However, instead of being slammed to the ground immediately like last time, Rin resisted the crushing pressure that tried to force him to kneel to its might. At the expense of his body breaking and mind shattering all to defy the odds with his mortal body alone.
'Tsk, while frustrating... no pain no gain, am I right?' I thought as my bones creaked and popped while my face became as white as snow.

A few minutes later in Athena...
"Hmm, now just why would you recommend me to become one of the teachers for Project X, which isn't meant to happen until January 1st?" Chloe muttered after opening the envelope and skimming through its contents.
Tip. Tap. Tip. Tap
"Well, why not, Ms. Chloe when you are the best training advisor in FB and one of our strongest combatants," The president of Arise Champions exclaimed as he wore an all-white tuxedo with a matching mask and a flimsy torn cape for added effect.
"While flattering George, I have better things to do than training and supervising some brats during my vacation."
"But isn't that your job, Chloe?" George asked as he took off his mask and gazed at Chloe with intrigue, "Plus, you'll only be losing three months out of a year-long vacation, so quit whining and just accept the offer."
"Tsk, I'll think about it, but until then don't bother me, or even try to butter me up with empty promises and cheap gifts." Chloe spat as George rolled his eyes and waved at a nearby waiter.
"What could I get for you today, sir?" The waitress asked gleefully as she took out a pocket notebook.
"Could I please get a beef gyro along with a Greek salad and a Moussaka? Now for my friend here could you just get her a bottle of water as she has recently been watching her weight," George stated as the waiter nodded as she wrote down his order.
"Now are you sure that will be all?" The waitress asked just to be sure.
"Yes, that will be all, and-"
"Shut it," Chloe growled as she pinched George's lips shut, "Sorry about that, but could I by any chance get a three Souvlaki and a chicken gyro to go?"
"... umm, surely, just give me a moment and I'll have your food ready in no time."
"Thank you and I'm sorry you had to see this as it seems something people just don't know when to shut up," Chloe hinted as the waitress giggled before heading off to the kitchen so that the cook could get a headstart on their order.
