*In the Central Castle*
Beazly, finally wakes up!
He looks arround him confusingly, he has never been here before...
Alone on a comfortable bed, in an empty room.
As he tried to get on his feet, he sensed how messed up his whole body is!!
"...Where am I? And why does my body hurt so much....".
Slowly, he opens the door and gets outside.
As he opened it, his eyes were caught by the vast space and the number of people going in all directions.
It was crowded and loud, as if it was a city on its own!
He didn't know what to make of this...Until one of the soldiers approached.
It was Amare!
"Greetings!"
Beazly stands still without knowing how to reply.
Amare. "How are you feeling after the battle?"
...
Beazly stares at Amare as if he has no idea what he's talking about.
"...Where am I?"
Amare. "Oh yeah! You've never been here before...
Well, welcome to The Atlantean Central Castle, we also call it Atlantis between us."
Beazly starts to make sense of this.
"Oh! Atlantean central castle! So there was another island...."
Amare. "Yes! Aside from Koufonisi. You were brought here to be healed.
You had one hell of a fight against the demon army, I never seen someone fight with such spirit.
Truly admirable!"
Beazly still doesn't understand. "..Demon army? What do you mean?
I only recall....Going to investigate...MY PEOPLE!!! I NEED TO GO BACK TO MY TRIBE!!!"
Beazly holds Amare from his shoulders as to get him back there.
But another man comes to the scene.
"Beazly! Good morning..."
Beazly looks aside to see both Alkeyder and Aciya walking towards him!
"Masters!! It's been some time...."
"Not that much if you ask me." Alkeyder replies jokingly.
Amare. "Greetings masters!
It seems that Beazly does not recall what happened during that day."
Aciya. "A short-term memory loss, a side effect of the forbidden technic.
Thank you Amare, we'll take care of the rest."
Amare excuses himself and leaves, although he wished to stay and find out more about the situation.
Alkeyder and Aciya took Beazly back to his room, to disucss things privately.
Beazly. "Why haven't we learned about this place before? That young man told me it's called Atlantis!"
Alkeyder smiles. "They like calling it that, that's all... You haven't learned about it because it wasn't necessary at the time. We wanted you all to go back to your oridnary lives but it seems that, time is ticking quicker than we expected."
Beazly. "What do you mean sir Alkeyder."
Alkeyder puts his palm on Beazly's forehead. "You'll know moments from now."
As usual, Lightning talismans and writings appeared on his hand, and Beazly froze in his place.
All the images and scenes of that hellish day went by his memory, one by one...
The moment Alkeyder took away his hand, Beazly couldn't express what he felt with words better than he did with his face!
Aciya, looking at it...Could feel the unbearable pain he felt inside, she couldn't help but turn back her face for a moment.
Alkeyder stood silently, waiting for him to say a word.
30seconds of complete silence, without taking a blink.
Finally, he uttered two little words.
"I see..."
Alkeyder. "...Don't blame yourself, there is no running from fate even if we know it."
Beazly. "...So the demons were targetting the tribe all along, is it protected now?"
Alkeyder. "For sure! We also informed them that you'll be gone for some time. In fact, we had to tell them the story as it is."
Beazly. "...How did they react to it?"
"From the news i've got, they actually all believed it from the first moment...They all knew you weren't like them.
To tell you another secret, your father was once, one of our soldiers!"
Beazly keeps staring at the ground, with an none understandable look. So much is going on his head that it might explode.
Alkeyder continues. "...I know you'll need some time to process this, and you'll have it.
We're sorry, maybe if we intervened before this wouldn't have happened."
Beazly however, is not the type to put blame on people because of his emotional unstability, in fact. All the blame there is in the world, he's now putting it on his shoulders.
There's one scene that cannot leave his mind, the moment his father told him that breaking his promise was a big mistake no matter the reason.
'Yes dad! No matter what...
I am the one to blame!'
Alkeyder puts his hand on Beazly's shoulder.
"..You've killed two generals! That is an incredible accomplishment sir Beazly...We couldn't be much prouder than this. By doing so you've liberated hundreds of souls from possible evil and torture.
Don't understimate that."
Beazly. "I couldn't even kill one before I...
When it comes to that...What is my situation?
I already feel, for the first time in my life...Weak as hell!"
Aciya takes the parole this time.
"Due to burning so much of your energy, the moment your mind felt a bit of peace your heavenly door was shut down immediatly. You do remember seeing me before collapsing into the ground. Right now, you cannot use any of your powers.
You're still physically tough, however it's like a tenth of what you used to be back then."
Beazly. "...How much i spent in coma?"
Aciya. "Three nights."
Beazly. "...When will I recover them? My powers I mean."
Aciya. "To give you a definite answer will be hard, even for someone like me.
However, me and Alkeyder know someone who knows exactly your state right now. He'll be a better help for you to regain them."
Beazly knows who they're talking about.
"Master Heracles..."
Alkeyder. "Yes indeed. He had just known about your situation yesterday, and is awaiting you in Koufonisi!"
Aciya. "If you wish it to be the last time you use your powers, this is a perfect opportunity for you.
You can get back to your tribe and live within them, like a true normal man this time.
No harm will be casted upon them as we'll do our best to protect them."
Alkeyder. "But if you wish to continue on, on the journey we started together. You and the other six.
To destroy the wicked, then...You know what should be done.
The choice is completely yours Beazly. Either ways we'll understand it!
As you think about your decision, you can stay here and find out about Atlantis!"
He says with a smile.
Beazly. "I understand, thank you for everything you've done for me..."
Alkeyder. "You should thank those who fought with you back there...Have a good time!"
The great alchemist leaves the room, Aciya gives Beazly a warm hug and follows her husband out.
As he was left alone, the first thing he tried to do was light his fist in fire...
Trying his best! But...The flames have disappeared from within him.
There's only rain now, only now his eyes allowed a lonely tear to slip away.
It was for none other than his dearest friend, Mané! Who he had to burn his head to ashes with those same flames....
