So, I said a while back that I wanted to finish off this DMC shared universe idea by transporting Nero to a new world. I asked for suggestions on where to send him and got zero responses. Guess that's what I get for asking a simple question, but no matter. I thought of one for you. I'm sending Nero to a world of Angels, Vampires, and Demons, known as Owari no Seraph, or Seraph of the End.
I assume you should all know Nero's power set, but I'll give you a short rundown. Due to his Demon-Human hybrid physiology, he is incredibly durable and resistant. His healing factor makes him regenerate from most damage and his strength and dexterity is far beyond a normal human. He has some experience as a weaponsmith considering his two weapons Red Queen and Blue Rose were made/modified by him. His right arm is christened the Devil Bringer and is a manifestation of his demon heritage. It is capable of shaping demon energy into projections of an arm which can interact with physical objects. In DMC 5 it is cut off and replaced by the Devil Breaker, which is a mechanical prosthetic made by Nico Goldstein. There are several different types, which I'm not going to list. During the ending. He regains the Devil Bringer, as well as gaining access to his true Devil Trigger.
I think that Nero won't really need any power-ups for this world so I'm not going to suggest any, but if you want to feel free. Actually, you know what? I'm going to incorporate a new Devil Breaker as a tool for plot. Here's how: Nico attempts to recreate the Yamato's ability in a new arm for Nero. While testing it, a malfunction occurs opening a portal, causing Nero to be sucked in.
He wakes up in a new world, the new Devil Breaker nearly broken beyond repair. Now, when and where? I'll leave that up to you, since I think it is something that is a matter of personal preference.
So, this part is just a little update for you on my situation: We've finished moving, there's still a bunch to unpack. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, my computer was damaged, so I now have to spend money I don't have to replace it. Luckily, my Dad is allowing me to use his PC, but only when he doesn't need it.
