Chapter 22 - WHY DON'T YOU JUST SHUT THE FVVK UP?

'Oh, it seems we can properly start.' Tor said as he turned and looked the approaching blood ape in the eyes. For a second, a flash passed the eyes of the blood ape as if it was hesitant after being looked at by Tor but alas the blood ape was already on the move and could no longer halt its speedy advance. Just before the fist made contact Tor moved his face and upper body totally evading the fist and the spikes, while his left leg lashed out with so much speed and force that the ape could not even attempt to react. His leg made contact but it only made a plop sound and it began sinking into the ape's body like it was trying to absorb Tor.

'Hahaha you little idiot, you came here talking big and acting like you know everything, but this Ape's physic is changing due to the sacrifice in order for it to get modified into armor, I will help it to absorb you whole so it can become even stronger. Hahahaha.' The elder who was as livid as a raging bull began laughing hysterically because he felt there was no hope for Tor to escape his predicament but just to make sure of that he aimed to beat Tor up so the ape can swallow him alive, he felt that was the best punishment he could give Tor since Tor had stolen his 'Frostbite' and also caused major setbacks for him. The senior elder suddenly took off in a supersonic break in Tor's direction not even trying to give him the chance to escape, the whole forest was also covered in a cyclone that acted as a seal to keep Tor in. The ape itself was not sitting idle as it roared in Tor's face and used the same fist which Tor had evaded earlier, bringing it down to pummel him with it.

The elder himself had covered the gap between them and forming a 'cyclone spear' by using wind and mana to layer over his fingers, he aimed for Tor's right side under his ribcage. As both of them were coming from either side, Tor used spatial displacement as he appeared not too far away from the elder and the blood ape causing them both to his empty space and the shock waves of their attacks pushed them away from each other. At this point the ape was looking at the elder as though it was planning to change its target, This made the elder inwardly nervous due to the fact that if the ape started to attack him and Tor snuck an attack in, he would be finished.

'What a stupid elder, you don't know who your enemy is but yet you still jump in like an idiot. No wonder your clan sent you to the spatial fortress territory to come and die.' Tor spoke mocking the elder and a tone struck in the elder's mind, things had begun to make sense. The blood ape, on the other hand, switched up again and began staring Tor down whilst glaring because it felt Tor had made a fool of it, but it did not attack due to the fact that it had become very wary of Tor with that little escape display.

'wait, you don't tell me that you are from the Fortress.' The senior elder said and Tor could pick out the apprehension in his voice. 'Mhm, but there's no reason for you to regret what you have done here today, why you want to ask, its because the time I had to play is already up.' Tor responded as though he was a wise old sage before appearing in front of the elder and swung out his foot coating it in mana and as it was about to make contact the elder put up a wind shield and fortified his arms with mana preparing to stop Tor's kick. In the split second that Tor made contact, the elder saw his wind shield get smashed like it was glass that was thrown on the floor with force, alarm bells sounded in his head as warnings for a retreat but it was too late since Tor seemed to be far faster than he was. He used 'wind flow' to try and use the pressure from the kick to glide backwards and avoid the kick but Tor's leg caught him in his right arm which was the arm he planned to use to block. A loud breaking sound rang out as the elder was sent flying once again.

The blood beast, on the other hand, saw this as his own opportunity and swiftly covered the distance trying to land a deadly sneak attack on Tor but in the second before the attack landed, 'oh, did you get worried that I'd forgotten about you?' He said and vanished in front go the ape, This made the ape extremely mad since Tor seemed to be playing with it. The ape banged its chest and Roared in a great voice that sent shockwaves around the circumference of the area which they were fighting, it caused trees and even earth to fly far away like balloons being blown by a hurricane. 'Ah so noisy, why don't you just shut the fvvk up? Or better yet you should offer your bloody core to me and just die.' Tor said standing a distance away as the shockwaves seemed to pass through him, but the whole area around them was now devoid of trees, grass and even the sand was sparse, all that was left was Tor who thought the situation was funny, the fuming Blood Ape and the last participant, the senior elder seemed to have been sent flying too far away that he wasn't in the area at that moment.

The ape finally quieted down but its eyes were as bloodshot as always and its whole body began to move on the surface as sharp, large, blood red spikes began to grow from every visible surface of its body. Tor knew that the blood ape was adapting to its new abilities and would probably be more dangerous, but at this point, the ape was no longer able to absorb blood and therefore the remaining blood filled the area like mist causing visibility to drop.
