As they entered the gym, Akira saw the trainer who angered her to death the other day was calmly sitting on an instrument which was used to exercise for shaping of arms and looking into his phone. She ignored him and was casually checking her phone. Romi went upto the trainer to greet him. He lifted his head from the phone and saw someone has come. He stood and greeted Romi then his eyes swept through the two girls behind Romi. He casually shook hands with Romi. Then he came over to the sisters and greeted them with a calm tone. After that, they discussed about what workout to do and quickly they started the workout session.
Throughout the workout session, Randev was a totally different person. He would also beat them up if anyone stopped their workout or give up in the middle of the workout. Since it was the first time they started to do exercise, both Akira and Aaradhya became very weak after some time. They encouraged themselves and completed their workout.
After their workout session completed, Randev asked them to follow him to his office. Akira and Aaradhya followed him. They went inside and sat in the chairs opposite to Randev. Romi also followed them after a while.
Randev was looking at his phone, as he saw they have come he kept his phone aside and started saying to them in a friendly manner. "Today you both haven't completed your workout completely, but because it is your first day I will not force you for today. But from tomorrow you should complete the full workout."
Akira was full of sweat when she entered the office, so she was busy in wiping of her sweat. She just listened to him but didn't open her mouth to say anything. Besides her, Aaradhya looked at Akira, seeing that she has no intentions of speaking anything, she slightly nodded to Randev's words.
Randev handed them a paper in which he wrote the diet plan for them. Then he said "Follow this diet meal strictly and don't skip any of the meal."
Akira took the paper from Randev and saw that the diet was filled with leafy vegetables, fruits and boiled veggies. This kind of food she had never had. There was no noodles and junk food which she likes the most. Rice also excluded from the list. She just unhappily looked through the contents in the paper and passed it to Aaradhya.
