I opened my eyes, realising I was looking at the crystal blue sky, covered by emarald green leaves. The ground was soft like a cloud and smelled earthly.

As I slowly got up from my position, I leaned against a tree, my back numb from not moving in a while.

I heard rustling from behind the bushes, making my eyes widen in fright. Just as I was about to scream for help, a body came out from the trees. The strange man carried a sword at his waist, while wearing a white shirt and leather jacket on-top with jeans going with leather shoes.

As my gaze slowly met his, his violet eyes widened in shock and relief.

"Maria?"
