"So it's Bai Xue huh?" she laughed, the most cheery laugh she could ever remember herself laughing. When she couldn't stomach the laughter anymore she stopped, sighed and looked at the elderly woman sitting beside her.....
"Mei mei", at the sound of the name on her tongue she unexpectedly started tearing up, Xiao Mei had been like a mother to Bai Xue, the only servant who stuck by her side even when the family fell into crisis. Maid Xiao Mei looked up to see what caused the noise only to see the Old Master on the floor clutching his chest like he was struggling for air.
