'Snow Empress?!' Huo Yuhao and his group all looked on in shock at the unexpected appearance of the Snow Lady.
He clearly recognized Snow Empress's original form, back when she first appeared in his spiritual sea after being forced to self-destruct in the Illustrious Virtue Hall. She's looks more ravishing and beautiful than the last time he saw her mature form...
But how was this possible? She was still recovering in his spiritual sea. He inwardly called for her and he saw her child form, staring blankly at her mature version before them all.
'Snow Empress is still here with me and a child. And if she's still like this, then, who...' His eyes slowly widened in realization. 'Wait, could she be—?'
He made a strange expression. 'So that really was her in the image?!'
His group all shuddered at the terrifying chill, even Elder Xuan, feeling great fear and awe at how she easily enveloped the entire arena in ice and frozen the three powerful peak Titled Douluos in the world!
Elder Xuan was especially terrified, as he felt that the ice that froze Long Xiaoyao, Da Busi and the mysterious Limit Douluo had brought them to near death! With such precise and accurate use of ice abilities with seemingly a flick of her wrist, just who is this woman?
To the surprise of everyone, who weren't frozen solid, a few voices was heard calling out for the powerful Snow Lady.
"Auntie Snow!"
Huo Zhanji, Huo Ying, and the rest of the children ran up towards Snow Empress with unbridled joy, their faces lighting up as they reached her.
"Auntie Snow!" they called again in unison, their small hands clutching the fabric of her flowing dress.
The regal, icy woman, who had just frozen three of the most dangerous Douluos alive, instantly softened at the sight of the children.
A gentle smile graced her lips as she knelt down, embracing them with surprising warmth for someone so tied to the element of ice.
"My precious little ones," Snow Empress cooed, brushing their hair gently. "It seems you've been causing quite the stir. You're all lucky that I and the others left a soul imprint in you all when you turned six."
"Yuhao," Wang Dong'er leaned down to her lover, her eyes narrowed in suspicion. "Do you know her?"
The others also stared at him in question.
"....Yes, and you all know her as well." Huo Yuhao admitted with a sigh.
Wang Dong'er and the rest blinked. "We do?"
Huo Yuhao let out a deep sigh, activating his second martial soul; red, orange, orange, orange, orange soul rings rose from underneath his feet.
They weren't really surprised about the soul ring configuration, having already known about his imitation soul skill, albeit confused by their color.
"Yiyi!"
A small girl around two or three years, wearing a snow-white kimono with blue linings and golden sash, appeared beside Huo Yuhao. She stared at Snow Empress curiously and confusedly.
"Xue Nu? Why are you....No. Yuhao, she isn't!?"
"Yes. Xue Nu's true form is the Snow Empress standing before you, and due to certain circumstances, she turned into a child." Huo Yuhao explained.
They all had varying reactions, most having a look of disgust on their faces, Wang Dong'er paled and took a few steps back.
"Yuhao...I could understand and deal with you loving other women...but this...?!"
Huo Yuhao stared at her and the others, utterly confused. It wasn't until he looked up at Xue Nu, and then back at Wang Dong'er and the others, that he understood their misunderstanding. His face immediately turned a mix of red and green as he waved his one movable arm frantically, trying to clear the air.
"No! No! No! It's not what you think!" Huo Yuhao stammered, his voice slightly panicked. "Xue Nu is just the child form of the Snow Empress. She's not... not like that!"
Wang Dong'er blinked, her pale face filled with embarrassment as she realized what Huo Yuhao was trying to say. "Wait....she's not...?"
"No!" Huo Yuhao nearly shouted, desperate to correct the misunderstanding. "The child form you're seeing is the result of her losing most of her power during her reincarnation! And not even in a million years would I do something nefarious towards her."
The others exchanged uncomfortable glances.
"But...Your other self..." Wang Qiu'er said, holding Wang Dong'er's shoulders and they both took a few steps back.
"I don't know! Ask him!"
"Ara~ Ara~ How amusing. I haven't seen you so flustered like this in a long, long time." Snow Empress chuckled softly, her melodic voice carrying a teasing tone. The children followed behind her as she walked up towards Huo Yuhao and his group.
"Everyone, meet auntie Snow! She's one of daddy's wives and the really cool mom in the family! We sometimes call her mommy Snow but she says that she likes auntie more." Huo Shui'er excitedly introduced Snow Empress to them.
Snow Empress giggled, "Oh, sweetie. You're always so enthusiastic." She knelt down and ruffled Huo Shui'er's hair, her icy demeanor softening once again around the children.
Then, she turned to the rest of the group with an amused glint in her eyes.
"Well, hello everyone~ You can call me whatever you like, whether it be mommy Snow, auntie Snow, or simply Snow Empress. I come in peace~"
They all shared a certain look and slowly eased up.
She then gazed upon Xue Nu with curiosity and confusion. "Well, well. Now how did I end up like this in this timeline?"
Snow Empress outstretched a snow-white index finger towards Xue Nu, the latter cautiously stared at the finger as it drew closer, her small frame tensing slightly.
Snow Empress smiled softly and said, "It's alright, mini me. I won't do anything to you. After all, we are one person. Though we live two seperate lives."
Xue Nu glanced at Huo Yuhao for a moment and nodded cutely, "Yiyi!" she then reached out her tiny hand, gently touching Snow Empress's outstretched finger. The moment their fingers met, a faint ripple of icy energy flowed between them, shimmering in the air like delicate snowflakes.
Snow Empress chuckled softly, her eyes filled with warmth as she gazed down at her smaller alternate self. "So that's how you ended up like this." She smiled and turned towards Huo Yuhao, who looked up at her in surprise.
He didn't know she could smile like that...
Before he and anyone else could react, Snow Empress stepped forward and placed her hand on Huo Yuhao's head.
"Yuhao!" Wang Dong'er, Wang Qiu'er and the others tried to stop her but Elder Xuan intervened. "Elder Xuan?!"
"It's alright everyone. She doesn't seem to have any ill intent," Elder Xuan explained, a bead of cold sweat dripped from his forehead.
But he also stopped them out of pure fear he felt from the Snow Empress. He felt that if he angered her, not even a God could save him.
While everyone else feel apprehensive about the current situation, Huo Yuhao only felt a comforting sensation from his head spreading across his entire body.
To his surprise, the energy of heaven and earth stored in his legs and left arm started to quickly assimilate together with his soul power—increasing his cultivation realm at an alarming rate!
Rank 53...Rank 54....Rank 55...! The bloated pain in his limbs gradually disappeared, replaced by a soothing warmth that flowed through his entire body, as if all the energy he had accumulated was finally being harmonized.
Huo Yuhao closed his eyes, feeling his cultivation break through multiple levels in rapid succession.
"What a solid foundation, not bad. Although you have a slower cultivation speed compared to my hubby, you have a more stable foundation. Hm. Consider this as fate and a dowry for my the Snow Empress of this timeline." Snow Empress said, smiling.
'H-Huh? No, wait! We don't have that kind of relationship here!'
'Hmm. Not yet, at least. Daddy~'
Huo Yuhao couldn't make a response as he felt all of the cold energy of heaven and earth fully assimilated, and a strange powerful energy poured into his body—enhancing his physique and further increasing his cultivation.
Within just a few short breaths, he went from a rank 52 Soul King to rank 60 unofficial Soul Emperor that just needed a new soul ring!
Moreover...
"Ah..." Huo Yuhao opened his eyes as Snow Empress stepped away from him. He looked down at his legs and left arm, his body trembling, and slowly he started standing up from his wheelchair.
"Y-Yuhao! Your legs—! You can walk!?" Wang Dong'er gasped, her voice filled with shock and joy. She took a step closer, her eyes wide as she watched Huo Yuhao slowly rise from his wheelchair, his legs supporting his weight for the first time in so long.
Huo Yuhao, still in disbelief, looked down at his legs and flexed his muscles experimentally. "I... I can feel them," he whispered, almost as if he were afraid to believe it himself. "I can move them again."
His heart raced with emotions—joy, relief, disbelief—all swirling together. Wang Dong'er rushed to his side, wrapping her arms around him, tears brimming in her eyes. "Yuhao... this is incredible!" she cried, her voice trembling.
Huo Yuhao nodded, unable to form words. He took a cautious step forward, his legs feeling slightly unsteady, but with each movement, his confidence grew. It felt like he was rediscovering a part of himself he had lost, and the sensation was overwhelming.
Snow Empress observed the scene with a warm smile. "Consider it a little gift," she said softly. "Your body has been rebalanced and enhanced by the energy of Heaven and Earth. This is a new beginning for you, little Yuhao."
She paused and placed a hand over her cheek, "Huh. It's a bit weird to call you that. Hmm. Little Yuhao...Hehe. That does fit you, as compared to my hubby, you do seem little."
Huo Yuhao's lips twitched.
Wang Dong'er, still clinging to Huo Yuhao, looked at Snow Empress with gratitude and awe. "Thank you... truly."
Snow Empress waved a hand dismissively. "No need for thanks. It was merely the natural flow of things."
Huo Yuhao, finally finding his voice again, looked at Snow Empress with deep appreciation. "I... I don't know how to repay you."
"Repay me?" Snow Empress chuckled. "Just keep growing stronger. That's all the repayment I'll ever need."
As Huo Yuhao stood tall, Wang Qiu'er and the others watched in amazement.
"Yay! Daddy can stand up again!" Huo Shui'er, Huo Ying and Huo Yin exclaimed excitedly.
Huo Zhanji and Huo Chen on the other hand, had faint smiles on their faces. As boys, they're try not to show too much emotions in front of an audience, as it made them look cool.
Nonetheless, they felt happy for their alternate father's recovery.
Snow Empress blinked and turned towards the sky, muttering, "Oh? Hubby stopped somewhere? Hm. I wonder why..."
Five kilometers away from them.
It was a wide lake. It was surrounded by mountains, and the water of the lake was so clear that one could see its bottom. Strangely, the water was gold and silver.
At the center of the lake was a round patch of gold, as if it were a reflection of the sun. While the other side one could see silver light, a moon encircling it, sun and moon connected to one other.
The vast lake was completely dominated by these two colors of gold and silver. The two-colored light spread outward non-stop. It crept across the mountain and spread far into the distance.
This was the Yin-Yang Love Querying Valley(1).
Legend had it that in the God Realm, after the Goddess of Love was betrayed by her love, her grief made her insane, and she descended into the mortal world. Heaven and earth were inverted, and the sun and moon became a lake.
As the Goddess of Love was betrayed by her lover, she hated all those who betrayed their lovers. Hence, when these kinds of people entered the Sun Moon Lake of the Yin-Yang Love Querying Valley, it would enrage her, and she would seek to exterminate them.
And high above this legendary "Blessed Land" was a man dressed in a black kimono, long wild black hair and magnificent deep blue eyes.
Huo Yuhao looked down upon the land with pure utter disgust and his eyes immediately changed into the Rinne-Sharingan.
"A land of sin, and a spoiled Goddess that couldn't handle heartbreak despite carrying the Divine Title of Love.... The mortal realm has no need of a fallen God."
The wind began to still.
The birds fled.
The insects turned silent.
All was quiet in the world, as if time had froze.
But looking up at the sky....it looked as though the world was coming to an end.
"Bear witness!"
Swoosh!* Boom!*
A gigantic asteroid split open the sky, easily covering the whole valley, and descended upon the land.
There was brief moment of divine power surging all over the land, a golden and silver colored barrier dome covered the whole valley. It radiated with power that no Limit Douluo could never hoped to damage it.
It was the power of a God!
But unfortunately, as the asteroid struck the barrier, it barely lasted a few minutes before breaking it like glass and descended into the valley unimpeded.
It wasn't simply a rock from the stars, but a rare large metal ore from the stars that had been tempered by cosmic energy.
Simply put, this asteroid was tough enough to make even peak level Class 1 Gods unable to put a scratch on it!
"W-Wait! Let's talk about this!" A panicking feminine voice rang out and a gorgeous woman with pink hair appeared underneath the asteroid, holding it up with her arms with as much strength as she could muster.
"I am the Goddess of Love, Class 1 God from the Divine Realm. Why do you seek hostility with me?"
Huo Yuhao coldly looked down at her and said,
"Why? I just don't like you."
"W-What?"
He raises a hand and added, "And you better put up more strength into your arms, the second one is coming."
"S-Second—?!"
There was a loud explosion as a second asteroid added upon the first, crashing down with unstoppable force. The combined weight of the two cosmic boulders overwhelmed the Goddess of Love, her hands trembling under the pressure.
A few minutes later, the Yin-Yang Love Querying Valley and the Goddess of Love disappeared from the surface of the mortal realm, forever buried in a large "mountain" and never to be seen again in the world.
"Hmm~ Hmm~ Time to get my kids and meet my alternate self!"
Huo Yuhao happily hummed as he made his way towards Radiant City.

[1]AN{Spoiler}: The Yin-Yang Love Querying Valley is THE worst fucking arc of the entire original Soul Land 2 story, seriously this was the most bs arc that I had read, to the point that I had to stop writing for a day from how much of a headache it was causing me! It just pisses me the fuck off as this is the part where everything truly fell apart for Huo Yuhao's life.
