Chapter 2 - Chapter Two (Part One) - But Why?

But why? Why is it so that that dress got bigger? But why? Why is it so that whenever I put it on it's normal until someone says that it looks "beautiful"? But why? Why is it so that none of my other dresses do that yet this one does?
