*Servers – In Sanctuary, servers, instead of separating the world of players completely, serve as continents in the world's map. These continents provide their own set of benefits to the player if they choose it as their starting point, as well as mark their avatar's nationality. *Quests – Quests are missions that single players, parties, and guilds participate in to earn gold, exp, and items. Quests have 5 tier levels, and rules that apply to each. For more information, please see the VR Basics Handbook via the story's website (link below).

*Drop Items – Drop items are items that fall from mobs (and in some cases, players) when they are defeated. For more information, please see the VR Basics Handbook via the story's website (link below).

*Mage – A Mage is one of the three class-types. It has two branches for players to choose from. For more information, please see the VR Basics Handbook via the story's website (link below).

*Skill – Skills help players do certain things. They range from hand-to-hand combat, spell casting, flying, elemental bending, and more. The higher their skill, the more abilities they will unlock. For more information, please see the VR Basics Handbook via the story's website (link below).

*Frenzy Mode – Frenzy mode is an ability of the Brawler branch, which increases attack and stamina by 10% and makes the player immune to negative status effects (i.e. paralysis, poison, etc.) for a limited amount of time.
