Waking up by the soft light of morning sun, she open her eyes and blinked the sleepiness away. It was morning which meant another day.
Sensing that she has already awoken, the servants floods in the rooms and prepared her for the day. Today would be the day she will meet the instructor that Lord Touga assigned her with. She was a bit nervous on what kind of demon it would be.

A servant took her to a room where a female, human female drinking tea with the old lady yesterday. When the female heard the door open she looks up to see who has entered and meets the eye of Crescent, and gently smiles to her.
" The Lady is already her so I'll be excusing myself first."
The old lady stands up and nodded her head to greet Crescent before exiting the room.
" Greetings to the Jewel of East, Princess Luna! I am Aika you instructor of the day. "
(***Marou here: Crescent will be formally address by everyone as Princess Luna. Her name Crescent can only be used her uncle.)
" No need of such formalities, I am now in the West. That greeting is not suited in here. You may just address me in name. It would be in my great pleasure if you do."
"I apologise your highness but I'm afraid I would have to disregard your request....
The greetings, it was a mistake but nonetheless you are still our Princess. Addressing you without your title is disrespectful."
"Hmn... Its alright. I'll be on your care from now on Lady Aika. Allow me to thank you in advance."She answered as she looked at the pretty lady in front of her.
" Will then, let us start! We only have a week to prepare and there were so many things that you need to know, so I will just teach you the basics for now. But don't you worry Princess we will continue the lesson after your wedding." smiled by Aika
The woman took the hands of Crescent and guide her to the study table. Taking in the stunning features of Princess. 'Such a shame, someone as pure as she is, was thrown into such fate.' letting loose a sad sigh, Aika started her lessons.
" Princess, may I know how much knowlege do you have with regards to the Demon race?"
" .... I am told that they were the offspring of the first human and a beast. The difference is that their ancestor are in beast form while the current demons has a human visage and was much more stronger and intelligent thanks to their human blood."

" It is indeed true that the current demon race were the offsprings of the first humans and ancient beasts but you were wrong about the appearace and characteristic of the ancient beast and the current demon race."
"How so?"
" As it was known the ancient beast posses the appearance of animal but its was wrong. The ancient beast has an appearance of a human. They were born with great beauty and strength that makes then different from the ordinary humans. They were only called beast because unlike humans, they have posses a second persona. A second self with an instinct and form of an animal. And most of all, the ancient beast are far more beautiful, intillegent and stronger than the current demon race. As you know because of their ancestors human blood their strength has diminish by half."
" Wait, are you telling me that the tales of the past is incorrect? That it is not because of human bloods that makes them far more superior but because of that blood it makes them weak? So your saying that the demons were part humans?"
"Not that quite, the ancient beast posses the image of the human. Acts and thinks like a human but they are far more superior to them. In the story that we have been told, the ancient races where Gods offsprings. With his great love to his creations( nature and animals light and darkness), he created a being, through his image and likeness, to protect them all. These races coexist with each other, protecting and guiding the creations they were assigned to protect. But because of a crime, their trust with each other has been distroyed on which later on resulted to their separation. With regards on todays demons, you can't completely say that they were part humans. The fact that current demons were the offsprings of the first humans and beast was correct and as so to the fact that their are demons who posses the pure blood of the ancient beast."
" Wait, wait, wait.... I need to process this information. On what I can understands, demons and humans of the past live together. Each demon races has its own superior beings and because of lack of offspring in the past they allowed to cross bred to avoid extinction.Then, are the ancient beast were guardians? Of each races? Then the lesser demons were the cames from the line of the past human and beast offsprings while the superior demon were pure breds? This is so complicated."
" Yes, like for example here at the West. The majority of demons reside here where canines and we know for a fact that the ancient beast who leads here are the giant demon dogs. This also goes to the North that leads by the Phoenix, Dragons in the South, Demon tree of the central plane and Merfolks of the Southeast."
" But if they were guardians with the human visage, why were they portrait as beast?"
" The guardians hates their likeness with each, which is the human image, so they sealed their human counter parts and lives in their distinct animal forms. And as such acts in bestial way. They begun to fight and hurts each other. God, fearing that they would destroy his creations punished them. He seals their bestial self in their minds to reduce their strength. They are able to transform into their beast form but if they want to realise it, they should be strong enough to control it but if not, it will cost them of their sanity and lives. And also as part of punishment, God has taken haft of the strength of the humans and bestowed to a sellected individual the power to kill a demon."
" Allow me to asked, are the tales of the past were told differently by each race?
" Your correct, Princess. Each races has their own different version of the Tales. Each tells stories, different from the other so you can't possible point out who's at faulth."
