London, England
Heathrow Airport
9:00 am
You see, the thing about going to a whole new continent is that no one will recognize you unless they have something in common with you.
In London, if they were to be recognized by someone, they would have to be involved in charity, activists, business, and close to royalty. There was also the off chance that they were just well-informed people.
Although they had many branches in Europe, the chances of being recognized by someone were very slim.
But just because they weren't likely to be recognized didn't mean they weren't eye-catching.
Other than the fact that they were all dressed in branded clothes from head to toe. They were a boisterous family. Their grandparents' natural naggers, their parents the pacifiers, her brothers being lovey-dovey with their partners(yes, Wenshi did tag along), and Aishi and Yaorui were busy planning their trip.
Her aunt and uncle were busy bickering, while Zhangmin hopped along beside them ecstatically. Zhou Aonu was busy teasing the couples, taking pleasure in their embarrassment.
So far, they had made plans to visit the Duke's family for dinner at their palace and hired a tour guide to take them all over England. They also wanted to try riding those double-decker buses for fun.
They needed to stop by their Headquarters in London as well to check on things.
Did she mention that they had hired a professional photographer to take pictures for them?
After England, they were set to head for Iceland, they heard that the views were to die for. While Aishi was in charge of the first two trips (England and Iceland), she was in charge of the last two, Norway and France.
Once everyone had boarded the limo, and all their bags were stored away, the limo started, and they were on their way.
Her sister wanted to keep the hotel a secret but promised that they would love it.
While Yaorui waited for them to arrive at their destination, she took comfort in the gloomy skies. Her grandmother complained, but they all knew that she was hoping for it to rain. She didn't know why, but everyone in their family seemed to love the rain.
Yaorui loved the sound of it the most, the soft pitter-patter always seemed to calm her.
Soon enough, it really did start to rain, and Yaorui found herself dozing off to the sound of rain.
She slept for about an hour before they finally arrived at their destination. She had to give it to her sister, Aishi did a great job picking their hotel.
As soon as she stepped off of the limo, she was greeted by the sight of well-dressed employees.
The manager greeted her grandparents and led them straight to the elevators.
The bellboys followed behind with loaded carts and boarded another elevator, four of their bodyguards entered along with them.
It seems like her sister really outdid herself this time.
Game on sis.
The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park Hotel was a modern hotel that was surprisingly up to date. On the outside looked like it would be one of the hotels filled with character and by the name something more Chinese themed. But on the inside, it was like it all completely changed.
In total, her sister had booked 10 rooms, each was single bed rooms.
The first six were meant for the six couples among them, and the last four were for her, Aishi, Aonu, and Zhangmin.
In short, her sister had booked nearly half the floor.
Despite the hotel being in one of the busiest parts of London, it was quite quiet inside.
For today, they were free till seven since they had dinner with the Duke's family scheduled.
So what does she do?
She invites her siblings and cousins to the pool.
Within ten minutes, they were all gathered in front of the elevators wearing their swimwear beneath their robes.
When they arrived at the pool, there were already two other people in there.
One was lounging in the hot tube while the other was swimming laps in the pool.
While Wenshi and Aishi went to chill in the pool, she settled for a game of volleyball in the recreational pool.
It was boys against girls, her, Zhangmin, and Fanlong on one team and Long Ao, Shen Hui, and Aonu on the other.
Twenty minutes in and none of them had yet to win a point, both sides were very competitive when it came to these games, the water, however, was a bit of a hindrance.
It wasn't until Long Ao got distracted by Zhang Wenshi's voice asking to join did their team finally score a point.
"Of course, you can join us!" Xie Fanlong clapped merrily.
"But then our teams will be uneven!" Aonu cried.
Fanlong took a look around the hotel pool and pointed her finger, "You," She was pointing at the boy that they had seen earlier swimming laps. "In the black swim trunks by the sauna!"
The boy turned and pointed at himself.
"Yes! You! Come play with us!"
"Hu Angli?"
"Rui'er?" Hu Angli said her name as if he was in a daze, but the light kick on the leg from his sister snapped him out. "O-okay,"
"No!" Both Long Ao and Shen Hui shouted at the same time.
"What do you mean, no?"
"That brat is going to flirt with our sister!"
"And you know it!"
"No he won't,"
"Yes he will,"
"He already knows she had a boyfriend,"
"Sooo? Did that stop that guy from chasing you despite knowing you were mine?" Shen Hui said.
"We weren't even dating when he came around!"
"You! You wait for tonight!"
Almost instantly, Xie Fanlong's face went red, "LI SHEN HUI!" then she turned to Yaorui with a pleading look in her eyes, "Let me sleep in your room tonight, Xiao Rui~! Please?"
"Anything for my soon to be sister-in-law, after all, you are going to have to save up some energy for your wedding night,"
"Y-you, Xiao Rui~~~!" Xie Fanlong whined.
While Fanlong desperately searched for a safe haven from her beast of a fiance, Zhang Wenshi got bored and got into a position to serve the ball.
A loud splash and the sight of the flying ball quickly caught the attention of everyone else.
Instantaneously, everybody switched into their competitive mode, and the games began.
A grand total of 5 hours later, the ladies had won against the boys and were celebrating their victory. It wasn't easy beating a bunch of physically capable boys.
The girls were dancing and singing silly tunes to celebrate, bringing the boys out of their gloomy mood as well as everyone else. Even Aishi, who was intently engrossed in her work.
Soon enough, everybody was gathered in the hot tub, chatting and laughing.
"So, what are your guy's plans for today?"
"We have dinner with the dukes family tonight you remember Bailey, Lizzie, and Celestia, right?"
"Of course! How could I forget the little cookie snatching triplets?" Those who got the joke laughed while the other laughed along, "Well, it just so happens that we are also having dinner with the duke's family tonight at 7,"
"Then I guess we'll see you at dinner as well,"
"Sure will,"
"What are you doing here in England?" Wenshi asked.
"My family has some business to deal with here, later we'll be going to Scottland, Italy, and then France last,"
"Maybe we'll see each other in France then too,"
"Yea, that's our last stop, right Rui'er?" Zhangmin looked at her, hopefully.
"Yup,"
"What floor are you guys on?" Hu Huibai, the youngest of Angli's older sisters, questioned.
"The 50th,"
"What a coincidence!" Fanlong cried.
"So are we!" Yaorui finished Fanlong's sentence.
They spent another hour or two, just talking and laughing before they eventually had to separate to get ready for dinner that night.
"See you later, neighbour," Angli said before entering his own hotel room.
Li Yaorui stood still and perplexed as she stared at the wide assortment of dresses her mother and grandmothers had picked out for her.
Being a girl was definitely not easy.
Now let's get down to business.
