As he reached the landmark that Akram and Vishal told him, Saksham took out his phone and dialed a number. It didn't even right twice before the person on the other side picked up the phone and said, "Hello, how may I help you?"
"I am here," Saksham replied shortly.
The person on the other side paused a bit and asked in an uncertain way, "Mr. Asura?"
"Yeah. It's me," said Saksham.
"Oh, it's you. Did you come here for the registration, Mr.Asura?" Akram asked.
"Why else would I be here? Now, come out quick. I don't have time to quibble on phone. You said you would take me to register, right?" Saksham said impatiently.
"Yes, just stay right where you are and I will find you. Then I will take you to register." Akram said as he hung the phone.
Saksham sighed quietly and put the phone back into his system space or something. Saksham himself wasn't sure what it was but as long as he took something out of System, he could also put it back 'inside' the system for storage. He didn't know where or what this storage was but it did store his phone and Assassin's suit. Right now, the clothes that he wore at home were under the Assassin's Suit he is wearing because he can't store anything other than the items he got from the system. He didn't take a bag with himself to put his clothes in it because combining a bag with his mysterious looking suit would make him look weird.
So, he had to wear the whole suit on the already worn clothes and because of that Saksham was feeling very hot. As he can't even take his clothes off, Saksham was feeling very irritated. But he can't do anything about it except sigh and act his character perfectly. After hanging up the phone, Saksham was wondering how IOEA would actually be. Since small, he had no idea about this side of the world. He had been living in the ordinary world till about a month ago. His ordinary life changed as he got his powers. And as it has not been much time since then, Saksham still didn't know many things about this world and even IOEA. Entering in an unknown region made Saksham a little nervous, but he didn't let that hinder his actions. Saksham shook his head and tried to ease his nervousness by thinking about Anitha.
Saksham didn't have to wait long before he saw Akram coming from inside the tall building in front of him. Saksham looked at him and then looked at the building behind him with a weird gaze. Akram reached the place where Saksham told him to pick him up, but found that there was no shadow of Saksham around. When he was wondering if Saksham pranked him or something, he felt someone patting his shoulder. When he looked back he found Saksham standing behind me. He was shocked for a second before he pouted and said, "Mr.Asura, I had been searching for you here. You asked me to pick you up here and you weren't even here yourself."
Saksham paused for a second before he said, "I have been standing beside you the whole time. It's just that you didn't notice."
Hearing this Akram was very surprised. But he didn't take it as a joke. In this world, there are many Unusuals. Their abilities varied from person to person. Some had perfect combat-related abilities while some had non-combat related abilities. No one could predict their abilities as they awaken. And that's also why he didn't take Saksham's words as a joke. Maybe this was also one of his abilities; to disappear from naked sights.
Before he could say something, Saksham looked at him weirdly and said, "Don't tell me that tall building is the HQ of IOEA."
Akram was surprised for a second before he smiled and said, "You are absolutely correct. That building is actually the Main HQ of IOEA."
Saksham felt even weirder and asked, "Isn't this a bit too….conspicuous? Making your HQ as the tallest building in the middle of such a place where people are always rushing around. Aren't you afraid that someone would find out?"
"Of course not. Our whole staff works almost the same as your normal office workers. Just some departments that are specialized in other stuff work on the upper floors. So, even if a normal person walks into the building, all he is going to find is a normal working office building and not the HQ of the IOEA."
Saksham nodded silently and said, "Let's go then."
Akram also nodded and said, "Alright, follow me. If you have any questions, you can go ahead and ask them, Mr. Asura. I will do my best to answer them."
"Does god exist?" Saksham asked.
"This...." Akram was stumped. He didn't expect Saksham to ask this type of question. He then heard Saksham sneering as he said, "Ask any question huh?"
For this, Akram could only smile wryly and lead Saksham towards the HQ in a much faster speed.
