"Quinn? What's the matter? Isn't you just coming back? Why did you move around already?"
Nicholas immediately raises questions. Quinn, seated on a single couch inside the library, was quietly peering at the old man in his 60s. To describe him, he was still well-built and even looked younger than his actual age.
"Did something wrong? How was Madison? I heard she's not feeling well. I planned to visit you both tomorrow first thing in the morning after I learned you finally come back." Nicholas paused. His forehead wrinkled as he was curious about what Quinn was thinking.
"Why are you staring at me like that? Have I aged since the last time we saw each other?" Nicholas jested while taking the settee across from Quinn.
"I already know the truth," he spoke after his long silence.
"Hum? About what?" Yet, Nicholas does not figure out what this is all about.
"Riley told me already, and so, I need confirmation and the entire story from your side.
