"What are these for?" Madison curiously asked, and began flipping the folders in the table.
Levi pulled a chair before he answered her. "These are for the program, we are looking for new race drivers, and so we have to search through these applications if who are deserve to run our try-outs for two weeks.
She was actually surprised by Levi's action. She thanked him then take the seat. "How many are we looking for?"
"We have to choose six trainees, and three of them who will only become a professional race car driver at the end of the program," Levi explained to Madison.
"Okay. Then, how we should assess them?"
"Let see... We should prefer someone who had a history of past races: there is no need professionally, but physically fit, and should have a good character."
Levi explains more to Madison. And the entire day, they did review all the applications, and carefully chooses if they deserved the program.
