Lin Mingyue hesitated before she knocked on the door. She entered once the person inside gave her permission to come in. "Doctor Yan Han, are you still busy?"
The female doctor looked up when she heard Lin Mingyue's voice and smiled. "Hey, Mingyue. What brings you here?"
Mingyue lifted the takeaway lunch in her hand higher. "I met your assistant in the canteen. She said you hadn't had your lunch yet. So I came to bring you food."
Doctor Yan laughed. "Come in. Sit down. We haven't hung out together for a while."
Lin Mingyue closed the door behind her, placed the takeaway box on the table, and sat down. She watched the way her friend salivated as she looked at the dishes and laughed. "If you know you're hungry, why didn't you take a short break and have your lunch?"
