As I was walking down the street I noticed a few small boys playing in the puddle which the rain had left in the not so good road the government had made. The rain which is supposed to make everyone's mood light up made me sad. It brought memories of the past where I should not be looking back for my own good self. But each time the rain comes the memories come flashing as it happened just yesterday and he wil come today as he promised and there will be a happily ever after life for both of us. No, Actually the three of us.
How happy he would be if he gets the news of the baby which has jus started to grow inside me. I wonder what reaction he would give and what he would say. How well he would treat me after that. He would love me more than before. He would pamper me more than before. He would not leave me even for a second.
But all these would have happened if I only had the courage to stop him when he went to the business meeting he didn't wan to go. Why did I not stop him? Why did I say the words I didn't want to.?? Why did I have to lose him??
After the three long years the memories of him is still fresh in my mind as if it happened just yesterday.
How I wish I could go back to that time to stop him and not lose him. How I wish I could take back the words I told.
How I wish I could see him again to apologise.
How I wish I could ask him to come back to my life, our life of happily ever after.
How I wish.....!!!!
As I was deep in thoughts suddenly there was a sound behind which brought me to reality. The sound of car's made me turn and look and the person I saw inside made my heart beat faster than usual. My wishes if not all seem to have come true.
I actually saw him. He was working in his laptop, looking through some presentation. He didn't look up. If he had he would have definetly seen me.
