Chapter 3 - Reflection

Upon pondering to what happened, Ban made a realization. This existence of his is already unfathomable, there's nothing more to do. Even now that he's already the Supreme being of the universe and the omniverse, he's still getting stronger.

The said assassin, of course, met his end after soul reading. Ban identified everything that he needs to know as for the background to the employer. It was one of his old colleagues back in the days, where he was still weak. Albeit having these threats, he didn't even bother to treat them seriously. He's at the pinnacle, and no one is second behind him. As even his nth clone would obliterate the next in line.

This realization made him sad rather than joyful. As he won't be bothered to fight enthusiastically like before. Everything would be too boring. As he was pondering on what he can do, he realized that although there is no reset button, he can create a weak clone and live with it. Although he can channel his powers into the clone, he won't, as it would destroy the very purpose of the action. He can come back to his primordium anytime. But to challenge himself, he won't unless a circumstance is met. And this is inevitable death. Now that he is clear with his decision, with just a thought, he create the clone.

"Very well, I shall now face everything with a bit of fun", he said in his mind. While he's laughing, he gave the clone some items in order for higher chance of survival. Although, the lowest grade item he has would be a lot higher than what currently exist in the world he'll live in. So he only gave the clone a total of 100 items. 3 sets of equipment, 3 swords, 3 spears and 3 scythes. Others are miscellaneous, such as potions. He would be applying restrictions to the items, in order for him not to abuse its powers.

The journey he shall face is filled with wonder. Although it can be considered mediocre in the eyes of the normal, he would treat is as gems, as he wouldn't be able to experience it again with his primordium. At last, he placed his consciousness to his clone, and will now live with a happy and normal life. Though of course, he would live as an adventurer so there would be a lot of pressure and challenges. But isn't it the point? Although the life where he wished to be the strongest of all is comparable to this life, it's still different. As now, he is still the strongest as he can come back to his main body anytime, and his clone now has cheat items, and he can even configure his body at will, as long as it's innate talents can handle it.
