So apparently I underestimated my injuries. Yesterday I didn't even realize I had hurt my left arm. Today I can barely hold my phone with my left arm and even that hurts. Occasionally, it also randomly cramp and hurts an excessive amount.
Hopefully my arm is healed by tomorrow, but that might be too optimistic. I still have plans to go bouldering the day after and I don't really want to cancel.
