Chapter 1275 - Don't ask to ask

It's just a bad and lazy habit. What I'm referring to is starting a conversation by asking "permission" to ask a question. For example: writing "Are there any computer experts here?"

Automatically, a large portion of people who might've been able to easily solve your issue will avoid answering. This is due to your issue being an unknown factor that could potentially waste a lot of time.

You're question is also just showcasing that you're too lazy to formulate your issue into a simple question. It's also way too vague and the likelihood of it being off topic is high.

On a side note, don't start a conversation with just hi (or any other greeting) if you have a an issue. This just wastes time. Not only do you need to wait for the other party to respond, they'll need to wait for your second message to even find out what's going on.

[This logic can be thrown out the window if you're using a feminine sounding name in combination with a feminine profile picture in a semi-anonymous setting]
