So a few days ago I said I would be attempting the Normal Sleep Schedule Challenge so naturally I picked the best day to start. Last night, or better said today, I slept from ~4:30 am till around 12:30 pm.
Thus the by far hardest part of the challenge will be falling asleep 6 and a half hours earlier than the day prior whilst being full of energy. I don't feel sleepy at all and I'm estimating it'll either take 3 min or an hour to fall asleep.
It is currently 9:30 pm where I'm at for anyone who's wondering.
