"What about Dheer? You didn't take his name for the movie."
"Ah! Dheer! How to put it. This idiot is sure an exception to all the men out there. He actually loves shopping. And on top of that, he has great eyes for things so he'll help us out. I so wish my Sam could be like him. " Eva curtly replied immediately placing Dheer in a good light.
"I'm sorry but I can't accompany you all for shopping" Anaya said hesitatingly.
"What!!??" Dheer blurted out instantly almost yelling, but quickly regained his composure and asked calmly "I mean why? I thought you wanted to help Rudra getting his necessities."
"We are already done with our shopping." Rudra said as he raised his hands carrying the items they just bought. Then he continued "Actually, Ducky hates shopping and it was already a miracle that she accompanied me to buy these things for this long. It was always her parents or me and Sandy, dragging her to buy things for her. Even then she would be outside the shop within ten minutes, buying everything she needs." Rudra chuckled as he said this.
Dheer -_- 'How on Earth she can hate shopping?? It's so fun...'
Elisa -_- 'Can anything happen normally with this duo. Great!! Now the roles have reversed here.'
Eva quickly got over this little piece of surprising news and composed herself "Oh, if it's so then we can watch the movie together. Wait, let me call Arav and Rehan to get the tickets for us too" she took out her phone to ready to make a call.
But before she could call anyone she was stopped by Rudra again "No, please. You don't have to cancel your plans for us. We won't feel happy by ruining your shopping plans. And besides, I've already watched that movie you are mentioning and I don't hope to watch it again. Kids movies are nice but they are too childish so once is enough for me."
"We can't leave you alone. We can shop another day you don't have to worry about it. Tell us what you want to do and I promise to make your experience a lot better." Aisha asserted.
"It's really not needed, Aisha. Actually, we have our own plans. We will watch the new sci-fi movie which is being released today. So no one needs to cancel their plan for us." Anaya gave a gentle smile.
"Don't lie because you feel bad for us ruining our plans Anaya. We know that the movie is already houseful and tickets aren't available anymore" Elisa declared putting her hands on her waist.
"Ducky is not lying Elisa. I too was unhappy that I couldn't get the tickets for that movie as it's Ducky's favorite series and she was eagerly anticipating for this part to release since its last part, but unfortunately, I was unable to book it on time. Luckily, just yesterday someone canceled their booking and I got the tickets. And it was exactly two tickets." Rudra said instinctively standing in front of Anaya like a mother would to protect her child from their father's wrath.
On hearing this Dheer instantly turned towards Elisa and glared at her. There was no doubt that those tickets were the ones that Elisa and Rehan canceled. They indirectly and unknowingly wrecked their plan even before it could start.
Elisa sheepishly looked at Dheer and mouthed 'I'm sorry' when Anaya and Rudra were distracted.
At last, they couldn't do anything but to do shopping which they 'loved' while the boys had to tag along with Anaya and Rudra to watch the movie as the timings for both the movies were the same and both the theaters showing them were adjacent to each other. So when Anaya asked them to go there together, they couldn't refuse.
Dheer was fuming and drowning in the pool of vinegar as he watched Anaya leaving with Rudra. He hated the idea of Anaya watching a movie alone with Rudra. That too when she just wrecked his perfect plan of half date.
"Stop starting and help us select dresses Dheer. She's gone and you can't do anything for now. Let's think of a plan for lunch while shopping" saying this Aisha dragged Dheer who was still staring at the exit where Anaya disappeared a few moments ago.
Arav and Rehan almost cried when he entered the hall. But they had no other option but to watch that children's movie which they were 'so interested in.'
