Just as they thought that everything was falling back in place they encountered the day they wish that would never come.
When Anshika realized that Dheer had more power and money than her husband she came to him after divorcing her husband. She make it as she had suffered over the last year and Dheer was the only love of her life.
The day she appeared at Dheer's doorstep all of his friends were there enjoying the weekend and even Anaya was there as it was her day off. Anaya had wanted to sleep the day off but Sam had dragged her to the gathering hoping to create more chances for the idiot. Dheer was pleased that Anaya could join them.
But just then the doorbell rang. Every one were laughing at a line joke that Arav cracked. Arav was their other friend and could be count as the comedian among the friends along with Rehan. Just looking at both their faces was enough for the group to laugh for half a day.
Sam went to open the door thinking that it was the pizza they ordered. "Wow you are so fast, I'll give you 5 ..."
He couldn't finish his words as he saw Anshika at the door, stunned.
"Damn why is this bi*ch here" thought Sam.
"Well I missed Dheer so much that I came as soon as I could" smiled Anshika.
"Who's it ??" asked Dheer as he watched the door.
He was stunned to see a frail looking girl at the door.
She seemed to have been through a lot since he last saw her. She had gotten a lot skinnier and had large dark circles around her eyes.He felt sad looking at her and just embraced her.
As everyone watched this scene unfolding all of Dheer's friends killed Anshika in their minds. They saw through her petty act but that fool Dheer fell straight into her trap.
They instantly thought of something and every one then turned to watch Anaya's reaction. There were no expressions on her face. It was just like how she was at the hospital.
They felt bad for her...
Then Anshika began crying and hugging Dheer continuing her petty act and say all kind of things to make Dheer feel bad for her. This made the others just hate her more.
They then looked at Anaya again, only to get a gentle smile their way and then she signed that she was fine and just excused herself.
Elisa followed Anaya to her room trying to confort her.
" Hey stop feeling guilty like you have committed a crime. Why are you looking like you've been caught cheating?" asked Elisa.
"Well that girl at the door.....I know she is Anshika . Dheer's first love" said Anaya before Elisa finished her sentence.
"You knew ?? "
" Of course I know. Dheer showed me her pic on the first day of marriage. Did you forget that we have contract based marriage which will be soon over in a fortnight."
"Hey don't worry about me I'm not sad at all, after all it had to end one day. I know that you all wanted to matchmake us but we are not meant for each other."
We were just not meant to be together" smiled Anaya.
Elisa frowned feeling bad for Anaya but in a way was relieved to see that Anaya didn't have special feelings towards Dheer and she could start afresh after the contract time....
"May be they were not meant to be together. But it would be best if they were." She really liked Anaya and liked to see them together.
