Song Dei Si was awaken in the middle of the night by the sound coming from the man lying next to her. It wasn't that loud but it still disrupted her sleep. She tried to cover her ears with pillow so she could not hear him snoring but that didn't help. She can't get herself back to sleep. She decided to go to the kitchen to get some water as she suddenly felt thirsty. She decided to stay in there for a while and grabbed some midnight snack too. Her thoughts were pre-occupied by the man she just left in the bedroom.
"You never know how worried I was when I woke up and you weren't there. I was scared that you have just left me again."
His words earlier still linger on her mind. She never thought that it gave him so much fear when she left him 7 years ago. She thought he had already recovered from the pain she had brought him. She could still remember how bad she was on him on that Saturday rainy night.
