Ho Min Lin took two sheets of paper towel and gave it to Song Dei Si as she put them in the plate and then place the tofu on top. "Give me two more sheets."
Ho Min Lin handed her another two sheets of paper towel. She put them on top of the tofu.
"So should we press it now?" Tan Ja Nin asked.
"You need something heavy like a cast iron skillet and place it on top of the tofu. Let it sit there for 30 minutes"
"30 minutes?! So what time are we going to have this dish ready?" Ho Min Lin asked and looked at her wristwatch. It was already 5PM.
"Just right in time for our dinner." Song Dei Si said.
