Opening up his eyes, he quickly finds himself to be in an unfamiliar dark place; within the deepest depths of an unnaturally dug small cavern. A stone chamber of sorts.
And then, he immediately comes face to face with a wrinkle up green faced old man. As no other words that comes up to mind, but 'Gobuji'. Gobuji is the name of that said person, he is by no ways a Human, but rather a mere Goblin creature.
A Goblin is a green skinned humanoid monster creature, with a short stature, pointy ears, and slender fingers. The size comparable to an average pre-adolescent human child.
'So I have really been reincarnated into the world of Re:Monster as I've had wished for. Sweet...' The unnamed main character thought so to himself, secretly smiling deeply withinside his heart.
"Hmmm. Let's named this one, Li." Gobu-ji said so, as he then proceeded to placed Gobu-li amongst the other named Goblin infants.
'So my new name when I've arrived within this new world is Gobu-li, huh. Pretty wierd and odd, but it's not something that I can't steadily get used to.' The recently named Gobu-li thought so to himself.
'Status!' Gobu-li instantly said the key activation word withinside his head to summoned up his Status Screen.
The moment that Gobu-li had said that, a blue virtual interface screen panel then immediately appears in front of him, displaying his so called 'Status Screen' to him.

'Well, what can I actually expect from being born as a Goblin. They are hella weak within the Re:Monster universe, and it is only thanks to the ingenious protagonist Gobu-rou of the story that the whole Goblin race has survived and prospered. If not, sooner or later they would all have been wiped out by a group of strong human or demi-human adventurers.' Gobu-li thought so to himself.
His mere speculations could not be that far from the truth, as if the whole goblin tribe that which Gobu-rou is in. It won't survive for that long under the leadership of Hobu-ken, who would proudly go out and hunt down, pillaging human villages, kidnapping human females, without any sort of precautions for their actions.
Well, sooner or later, the nearby human settlement within the area of kidnapping and the pillaging would have realised what was going on, and they would immediately then seek out help from a sort of law enforcement firm in the form of the Adventurer's Guild.
The Goblin Nest that which was previously their housing den within the original story, would then immediately be found out by some scouting adventurers sent by the Adventurer's Guild for inspecting and looking into the case of some missing travellers. An appropriate rank adventurers party will then be properly dispatched out from the Adventurer's Guild to eliminate the threat that is posed out from the discovered Goblin Nest.
Unbeknownst to Gobu-li at the moment, whilst his attention was still focused solely upon his own Status Screen, a curious little Goblin infant that goes by the name of Gobu-rou has been surveilling his surroundings the entire time. Itching to move his entire body around, but couldn't.
Meanwhile, contrary to Gobu-rou who is currently stuck as a mere Goblin Infantile child who could not do anything at the moment, Gobu-li has then started to make some plans for the future. Down the road with the knowledge that he has obtained from reading ahead of the Re:Monster manga and light novel.
'The first weapon that I must obtain upon the third day of my birth, when my goblin body has fully matured to the early adolescent stage due to the {Precocious} skill, which somehow speeds up my growth period, is a stick.' Gobu-li thought so to himself.
He then continues upon his explanation, 'A stick or tree branch is certainly an excellent weapon for a dumb Goblin to wield and club an animal or small monster to death with.'
'However, the stick weapon could further be improved and steadily be turned into a stone spear or a stone hatchet/axe. If one certainly possesses the knowledge and the know how-to to actually craft it. It would then steadily become an excellent primitive weapon and tool for an early explorer.' Gobu-li thought so to himself, spoken like an experienced Ark Survival game player.
'Stones, rocks, and pebbles are quite easy to find. They are quite plentiful to find withinside this big cave and the forest that I'm probably in.' Gobu-li thought.
He then continues upon his explanation, 'I can just rub the two pieces of stone together to flatten and smoothen up the surface, eventually sharpening up the end of the stone piece to be sharp enough to be used as either an axe head or stone blade. Thank God. I used to watched alot of those nonsense Youtube videos about a strange guy making wierd knives out of some strange everyday material. What was the Youtube channel's name again. I forgot...'
'You can simply create a grass robe out of strands of dried grass by simply intertwining and interlocking a bunch of dried grasses together.' Gobu-li thought, as he steadily recalls his knowledge about survival tactics and skill to pass the time until it was time to nap.

'Oh, to think that I was able to obtain a new skill without literally having to do anything. And all I have to do was recall the knowledge from my previous world, and BAM I then unlocked a new skill.' Gobu-li thought so to himself.
What he didn't know at the time was, knowledge skills are quite different to active and some passive body growth type of skills, as they have different set of basic requirements that are absolutely necessary in order to learned the skill. Like its name actually implies, knowledge skill is the accumulation of knowledge and experiences within a particular field of subject, class, or profession.
So the greater one's knowledge and expertise over that particular subject, the higher the knowledge skill would then turned out to be. With the knowledge skill being steadily divided into four categories; Basic, Advanced, Intermediate, Master
